I
had
an
abhorrent
experience
with
the
General
Manager
on
Thursday
evening.
I
have
never
been
treated
so
aggressively,
rudely
or
disrespectfully
by
any
staff
member,
let
alone
the
GM.
We
had
dinner,
food
was
average
(I
find
it
used
to
be
much
better).
We
went
to
pay
with
card,
they
don’t
accept
credit
card.
No
worries,
we
transferred
money
via
equity
bank
to
the
Airtel
number
we
were
given
by
the
staff
members.
The
money
debited
from
our
bank
account
-
87k,
with
the
sending
charge.
The
notification
didn’t
reach
their
phone,
must
have
been
an
issue
with
Airtel.
We
were
trying
to
problem
solve
with
staff,
showing
them
our
account
statement
and
the
number
it
had
gone
to,
that
it
debited
successfully.
They
then
called
the
general
manager
over.
He
reached
our
table
and
literally
just
started
attacking
us,
that
how
can
we
pay
to
a
number
there
is
no
number
to
pay
to.
We
tried
calmly
explaining
we
had
transferred
to
the
number
the
staff
gave
us,
which
as
it
turned
out
was
his
personal
number
even.
He
refused
to
listen,
saying
nobody
gave
us
that
number…
we
asked…
so
if
this
is
your
phone
number….
How
did
we
get
it???
Of
course
your
staff
gave
it.
He
continued
to
yell
at
us
publically,
attack
us,
refused
to
even
look
at
our
bank
statement.
Complete
lack
of
respect
for
customers
who
went
to
dinner
and
paid,
in
full.
I
personally
will
never
be
back
-
total
boycott.
