Great for large groups. The place is affordable as entry fee is only ugx2000 at entrance and meals start from UGX20,000. You have access to the lake, swimming pool, boat cruise and good music. The place is about 10KM from Kajjansi roundabout at Namulanda junction.

It’s a place you will taste the freshness of lake Victoria. The water is clean and has a bigger area with shallow waters for one to swim without worries. If one doesn’t want to swim in the lake, there’s a swimming pool provision. The area is big enough to hold private hangouts without disturbing the peace of others. If night fall finds you there and you can’t move, there are cottages at an affordable rate. Entry is just ugx 3,000 (about USD 80 cents).

Clean environment, clear view of Lake Victoria, cool winds that make the area cool. Welcoming and friendly staff with a good customer care. The Swimming pool is nice and clean. However the road that leads to the place is not in good condition. Its dusty, and full of potholes. The road needs rehabilitation.

I never give low ratings, but this one is very honest. A beach without sand. Excellent location, but poorly maintained. Swimming pool would be perfect if they can get a cleaning company to do a thorough cleaning. The food is fine, fresh fish, only deep fried. But it is a good place to do midweek picnics.

The best place to visit....the view is mind blowing

This is essentially a local hangout at the lake's edge. The pool and main buildings (used to be a resort) are in shambles an are no longer kept up. There's a bathroom and a few people in charge of grounds. Plastic chairs dot the property, with empty beer bottles collected near them. No real sandy area so this is more of a lake side park that nobody can afford to take care of. There's a pontoon boat docked that a local guide probably charges rides on.

Nice spot for picnics. You can carry your food also. Nice n clean swimming pool. Nice view of the lake. Excellent for group outing. There is also a safe boat ride on the river at a cost. Remember to carry your swimming costume. Volley ball court is available. Loud music with DJ. Complete relaxation. Keep your phones aside n enjoy.

It's a good place for relaxing though orders for meals take ages

The entrance on gate include parking is 3000ugx per person! They play nice music but extremely loud, so it’s complicated to have a conversation! They offer nice boat cruise for only 5000ugx per person! There is a pool what has extra costs of 10000ugx, but its crowded and not very clean! The lakewater at this place is also not very clean, looks green and it’s smells!The place has a nice few over the lake but all seats and places to sit are not clean and looks old! For kids they have some swings. The parking has a good light in evening There is missing a kiosk or a small restaurant to buy drinks or something small to eat!

Went there in 2019 but the pool was the most amazing place around......it being designed so we'll and with a view of the lake just in metres ....
