Everything is topnotch here. The ambience, the service, and the fresh and delicious pastries. The coffee was also fresh and just what I needed to start our long journey to the source of the Nile. The view from the balcony seating is also fabulous. I forgot to take a picture of my cinnamon roll croissant before wolfing it down. 🙃

I’ve been going to cafe javas for as long as I can remember. The one at Oasis mall is one of my favourite, when I was managing Kingdom Kampala I would have my lunch there probably 2-3 times a week, I never got bored. I went back last night to see if it had changed, I ordered the jerk chicken combo which was one of my favourite dishes. It’s was as usual cooked to perfection, delivered within minutes, the tropical juice was really nice too. No matter which one of he restaurants you go to it’s consistently is the same. Cafe javas have mastered the art of consistency for sure, it’s a brand you can trust and the prices a very friendly. Amazing menu of choice, you can’t go wrong.

Good food, huge portions. Had a salad which was bigger than expected on the menu. Very friendly service. The dishes of the rest of our party also looked good. No pork bacon only beef macon.

This place was absolutely amazing. The food was phenomenal, and the service was even better. Our waiter Fahd W was incredible and attentive. Their desserts are delicious and made fresh. These guys introduced the concept of African appetite into Uganda. Delectable meals that change seasonally. Impressive palate that suits all and sundry. The freshness of the vegetables and the soft meats are a delight, topped off with a wide array of homemade juices and shakes that will leave you crying for more. Great cafe. Delicious cusine. The portions are very large even by the standards of Kampala. There are always a lot of visitors, sometimes there are simply no empty seats. There are a lot of foreigners among the guests of the cafe. Beautiful congratulations if you have a birthday on this day. There are no alcoholic drinks on the menu.

I happened to visit the Oasis Mall branch on Monday evening this week and sat across from the counter. I couldn't help but notice a potent smell,whether it was paraffin or polish, I couldn't tell. I love their red velvet and carrot cakes.

I love the manager here... I needed some mint leaves blended in my milkshake and the waiters seemed not to understand my request. He was swift and kind. Downside: too noisy since it is super close to the road, so not ideal for an intimate date.
