In April 2023 we spent 4 amazing days with Laba Africa traveling the southwest of Uganda. Visiting Lake Mburo NP, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and Lake Bunyonyi was absolutely amazing. Laba's service was outstanding during the whole trip. Alonso - our extremely knowledgeable guide - is the best guide we have ever had: always kind and helpful, answering every question and explaining so much about Uganda, its cultures and landscapes as well as beautiful people. We can truly say we had the time of our lives and made so many memories we will cherish forever. Everything was organized wonderfully. Our driver, Simon, was very pleasant and punctual. The lodges chosen were very nice, the meals delicious and the tours incredible. We recommend.

We have traveled to Lake Mburo NP, have done the gorilla trek at Bwindi and ended our journey at Lake Bunyonyi with Laba Africa and their guide Alonso. We can truly say that this has been an amazing experience for us that we enjoyed a lot and will cherish forever. It was all in all our best experience so far. About Alonso: Alonso is such a knowledgeable, gentle and great person, who answers every question and takes care of everything very well. He makes sure his clients are happy and get the most out of their experience. We always appreciated his friendship during the whole trip. What made the time with Alonso so special were all the talks, the jokes and joy. About Laba: The destinations and tours were well organized. Everything worked out perfectly and was well prepared. We were always briefed upfront to know what we need to take e.g. on the gorilla trek, the do's and don'ts, etc. Communication with Laba Africa before and during our trip was excellent. We always felt well supported - from pick up until drop off. All hotels were great as well as the food during the whole trip. I would give them a 6 out of 5 if the scoring allowed.

Love this tour company! I am always using it when I am in Uganda. I rented a car with them over Christmas last winter and everything was perfect and smooth. The owners are also very kind sympathetic people. I highly recommend booking a safari with them or renting a car. They have also organised a few times an airport pick up for me and my guests always had very pleasant conversations with the drivers and felt well taken care of.

My wife & I travelled with Laba Africa for 10 days through the Sep/Oct period & had a fantastic experience. Sam (owner) was a pleasure to organise our tour with, friendly & had many helpful suggestions for how best to travel across the country & things to see. Our private 4x4 vehicle was immaculate & driver/guide Alonso was very friendly, well knowledge & spoke many local languages. For our tour, we were collected on the outskirts of Kampala and driven to Kibale forest for the Chimpanzees. The following days/weeks we drove on to QENP & Bwindi forest for the mountain Gorillas, Mgahinga for the Golden monkeys, Lake Bunyonyi & finally on to Kigali/Rwanda where we ended our tour. Sam made sure our tour pieced together seamlessly & we felt very safe with Alonso at all times. Prior to travelling to Uganda, we had toured Tanzania & we had used Sam's recommendation for a separate tour company (InStyle Safaris) for which, we also had a fantastic experience with them. My wife & I both liked touring with a locally owned & operated business & Sam maintained very high standards throughout the tour. He was very quick to reply & carefully checked over the itinerary to ensure there were no activity conflicts etc. As other travellers may have found out, there are many many operators in Uganda & it can be overwhelming to choosing one. I found reviews helpful but ultimately had to put my trust in Laba & they didn't let me down. Incredible primate experiences & we'll definitely be back to Uganda at some point in future.

I was pleased that our paths crossed. Morgane and Samuel, in addition to being very professional, are really attentive and responsive. Morgane always present, reassuring and soothing. Laba Africa is a company on a human scale, which gives it personalization of travel plans for everyone. As in their image, they know how to surround themselves with a team (driver/guide, interpreter) that is just as efficient and human, at least those with whom I had the chance to share a few days. Amazing discounts on Ugandan residents. We went one a 7-day trip with L.A.E in July 2020 which was excellent. We got an amazing discount on our booking probably since Uganda is still closer for international tourists. Our tour included Murchison Falls, Fort Portal, Queen Elizabeth, and Lake Bunyonyi. It was very well organised, we liked all the selected accomodations and our driver-guide was great! He was very experienced and spotted a lot of animals for us in the national parks. Laba Africa is definitely recommendable!

I had a great vacation with my family in Uganda, thanks in part to Labaafrica! I rented a vehicle with a roof tent for about 3 weeks. I took care of the circuit but Samuel gave very good advice in preparing the trip and always answered my questions quickly. The organization of picking up the vehicle at the airport and returning it on the way back is perfect.
