Environment is good. But i think they hire new entrants. Once a doc wanted to pierce my 2 year old to find out what was in a swelling on her neck. We refused him but by the time we went elsewhere she was on a verge of an operation. Yesterday my son hadn't slept in 6 days. Flu cough n general discomfort. Doc just gave him calpol even after insisting that that wouldn't be enough n again night 7 he didn't sleep. We went to our local pharmacy explned to them they have given him 2 syrups and bang he has slept finally, coughing without crying and no longer showing sever discomfort

Great peadiatric center with professional doctors, strategically located, easily accessible and well stocked. The customer care is just excellent and the general environment is so serene. Highly recommended and please give it a try when around the Naalya area. Both cash and insurance (UAP, Sanlam, Bank of Uganda, ICEA, GA etc) are covered. Stay blessed.

i was at the clinic yesterday after my daughter had had tooth extraction and pulpotomy procedure,all i wanted was for the doctor to prescribe for her pain killers cos i realized i had misplaced the prescription i was given,my girl was in pain and discomfort(even the receptionists noticed and decided to request her help)but the unbothered doctor told me to go and wait in the queue,thank God for TMR INTERNATIONAL,I just picked my card and walked away.anyways was so disappointed.

Doctors here focus on children only . They have many pediatricians and operate for favourably long hours . They are also located just by the road side.

Service is good while at after the visit because there's always a follow up call to patients. Bravo!

The Children's Clinic, Naalya is a member of the International Paediatric Group. It is well know as " The place of Little Miracles" because of their special touch with children. It is a specialist clinic offering immunization for children of all ages. It accepts insurance from UAP, AAR, ICEA, CIC Group, Prudential, and Liberty Health.

The experience I have encountered with this place has left very good memories in me.The team is very good and well coordinated.I would recommend some one with a sick child.

Awesome reception and care. The doctors are so nice and friendly to children, a variety of cashless payment options available, very well situated and above all pocket friendly despite the best quality pediatricians available. Just that the process of giving new patients a form to fill despite they may be badly off therefore they ought to be worked upon first and then the forms filled abit later. Quit good playing toys and the relaxing waiting environment for the children inside and children movies for their attention. A nice Children's clinic around town indeed. Thank you.
