Very un pleasant stay!!!! Your staff very rude and disrespectful. They treat customers with no regard and do not care at all. If no improvement you will soon lose all your customers. There is no value for money at all.

When i got here what i came across was really amazing, the rooms are spacious, service is excellent, very quiet. Will definitely return if opportunity allows

I stayed this hotel 2018 few days good staff , remote from Kampala town so location not good if u like a night life or shopping better to halt in central Kampala, this hotel have no wifi ..

I think with time I've enjoyed the place. It's such a clean, serene environment. The hotel's food is the height of cuisine chic.

My stay was calm, safe and as enjoyable as a hotel can be. It was really close to my job placement in Kololo. I'll be staying here next time I'm in Kampala.

It's very plain. No bottle of water but if all you need is somewhere to stop for a night it's fine. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade. It's like many hotels I've stayed at in Uganda, they seem to be still in the 1970's so if your fine with that, then that's good. The staff are very nice. Breakfast wasn't worth having if I'm honest. Theses pictures are very nice and based on those I would have booked. They do however show the very best of this hotel. Again it depends on what you want. Great for the price.
