1.Poor Customer care at SH Family Hardware Wakiso all teller services needs refresher courses to learn how to handle customers. 2. How can someone overwrite an Item on your receipt instead of refunding his money you just say it can't be reversed and you force us to take another item which was not on our wish. I wish the MD can see this and change something. Feeling annoyed

I didn't like their services we were a few clients in their but they took 30minutes to give me a receipt to get what I was buying. I don't know if it was because I was buying just a few things and they are used to bulky buyers. I would have left without purchase but unfortunately it was a Sunday and the only place I could get what I was looking for.
