Today, the place was unusually tidy and the traders very organized. Hopefully the authority maintain the status quo.

I give this place a 3 star rating because it has no parking space, the hygiene is bad and it has poor drainage. Apart from that, it is the one stop centre for your fresh vegetables in the center of Kampala city. It is conveniently located and accessible. The best way to access this place is by using a motorcycle to avoid traffic.

It acts as a fresh fruits and vegetables whole sale hub where farmers of different items converge to supply the main Nakasero market and the suburbs of Kampala. It's always too busy in the night but also works during daytime

They've got a wide selection of fresh fruits and veggies. From green apples, grapes, yellos, Mangoes, oranges and carrots. However, It's very busy, and crowded especially in the afternoon. The crowd is worsened by the passage of town service taxis! As do private vehicles.

Crowded but still you could find foot paths through the food stalls. You can find a variety of fruits, foods and vegetables not commonly found in other markets.

Little or No parking space and security is not guaranteed. Better park on the upper side of town.

Those boda boda guys need to be guided better. They stop encroaching onto the official parking lots or else I think MULTIPLEX/KCCA should enforce the rules/guidelines. Something else is the bad smell from the market (Nakasero)

The best robbers and thieves are there. Be careful with your belongings and cars. Most especially if you are a foreigner you will have a great time being annoyed(pun intended) including the abuses the urchins could hurl at you
