The rooms are really affordable. However poor customer service. The room I stayed in didn't have the bathroom door. So it's an inconvenience for double occupancy.

The hotel is affordable and a little off the very busy streets of Mbale Town. The rooms are clean and quiet though the customer service is wanting. If you want quick service you have to be able to walk to the reception desk and look out for someone to assist you.
