I explained that I was leaving in the morning, so I couldn't make an appointment because it was too late for an appointment. He said, "Well, why don't you come in and tell me what you're looking for?" She made time for me, without infringing on her other clients. He did everything he could to understand me and my hair, which is not easy to manage. He gave me a lengthy consultation as well as some options and his professional advice. She calmed me down and then worked magic, cutting and styling my hair. She was very kind and patient. He gave me recommendations on how to treat and manage my hair. To summarize, a woman who was at a table in front of the door helped me, I went to ask a question about how much the haircut cost, and the answer was that they did not work with price, they sold quality, we talked two or Three words that did not arrive within 5 minutes, when I asked her again for the price, she not very happy told me how much she was going to charge me, always emphasizing that they do not sell price but quality. I told him something about my hair and he told me that his time was up and he couldn't continue treating me. Bad service is part of the quality of service.

I went a little over a week ago with my 18-month-old baby, Fernando, for his first haircut. I only came in to ask about an appointment, but seeing him tired and so docile we decided to try to cut him at the moment (because there wasn't much that needed to be cut) and what I saw left me almost speechless, the love and dedication they showed For me Fernando was incredible, without a doubt we will never forget his first haircut.
