The restaurant staff were really helpful. I am a vegan on a FODMAP diet and they have options for food that is gluten free and vegan. Also they swapped the pizza toppings to ensure I could eat everything. Beer is very expensive tho!

La premisa del local es muy buena, comer limpio, sin azúcares, sin gluten, sin harinas refinadas... Teniendo en cuenta por tanto el tipo de comida que se sirve y sin ser yo un fan declarado, tengo que decir que el sitio me ha gustado mucho las dos veces que he ido. Desde un principio hay que ir con la mentalidad adecuada y hay que tener claro que por ejemplo una pizza de quinoa obviamente no va a saber como una de harina de trigo, que la pasta konjac tampoco es lo mismo que la pasta italiana habitual, etc etc. Dicho esto, el local cumple muy bien y es de agradecer, la comida está muy buena y vas con la seguridad de que además estás comiendo sano. Y qué decir de los postres... Madre mía, es un paraíso (y sin azúcar!) Muy recomendable la tarta de queso, está espectacular. Y los donakeds son la estrella de la carta, hay que probarlos! Por su parte, el servicio en ambas ocasiones ha sido rápido y atento, además de muy agradable. Lleva poco tiempo abierto y por supuesto hay algunos detallitos que se irán puliendo con la experiencia, pero nada digno de ser resaltado como negativo. Volveremos sin duda!

The service was super friendly. We ordered for seven people and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was gorgeous and amazing. I had a salty pancake with egg, avocado, mozzarella and tomato. This was the best breakfast i’ve had in Bilbao. The cappuccino and the carrot cake were also of great quality. I enjoyed every bit of it. I would recommend everyone to come have some brunch here.

Great restaurant. It’s quite hard to find a place where they provide gluten-free dishes, so to find a place where to only have gluten-free dishes is amazing. Also the taste is really good, especially when you appreciate less-sweet foods. Staff is very friendly too! Recommend! (Also perfect for a coffee and a pastry; try the lemon sponge cake and the banana bread)

Visited for the second time in the beginning of October and had a great experience again. I love the concept and I am really happy not to have to worry about gluten contaminated food or whatsoever. As a Celiac, I would definitely recommend this place.

We were so excited when we found this place as my wife is Celiac. Arrived at the entry and stood there for a couple minutes but no one came to seat us, and there was no sign for us to wait to be seated. So we assumed it is “seat yourself” so we did. Then a worker yelled from the middle of the restaurant that we needed to wait to be seated…a quiet soft approach would have gone a lot further. So we went to the front, a lady came and acted like they were about to close or something (as though she wasn’t sure she could seat us) After a couple of minutes looking at her paperwork or computer she did…at the same table we sat down at. She was very abrasive. Food was safe and tasted good…unfortunately what is counted down here is customer service. Our server was a young lady and she did great! Hard to rate, but two out of three employees need to be trained on customer service.

Awesome restaurant with fairly priced high quality plates. We ordered a bunch of fries with bacon and eggs, and a couple burgers. It was all delicious. The staff were really friendly and the space looks neat. I was certainly quite full by the end so I was unable to try any of their desserts. Looking forward to come back here in the future and try more dishes!

I was very happy to stumble across this phenomenal cafe for breakfast. The food is elevated and delicious. The smoothies, eggs and waffle, and the yogurt bowls were so good that I went back the next morning and had them again. So nice to start the day with healthy and savory foods! Whenever I visit Bilbao, I’ll be coming to Naked and Sated

I was looking for a place to do work and found this place. The staff was extremely nice and let me sit there for the whole day even when they closed for the siesta. I ordered smoothies and teas and snacks, and really loved the red puer tea. But the kale smoothie I didn’t like as much as the chunks of kale in the smoothie was still too big for me, and I realized that kale and banana are not a good combo together. Wi-Fi available.

I really adore the concept of a low carb cuisine. The dishes are very tasty. The donaked donuts are amazing, juicy and soft. Highly recommend!

I have eaten there twice and both times I have had bad experience with the service. They lack of processes that will make efficient the take orders and more importantly how much does it take to get the bill and to pay for example , 45 min for the meal and 35 waiting for the bill and paying. The menu says that is healthy and without gluten, sugar or fried stuff but the pesto in my dish was super salty that ruin my dish

Really cool restaurant, love the idea. As someone who is gluten-free it was so nice and liberating to eat without any worries. The food was very yummy, not amazing, but very good. Had crepe with Iberian ham, and a tiramisu donaked for dessert. It was really interesting to have a dessert without added sugar and it was quite good but I must say I missed the sugar a bit flavor-wise. Vibe was very nice inside, and service super-friendly. Would definitely come back for other dishes, though I'd probably skip on dessert (or maybe try something more suited to no-sugar)
