Mr. Iñigo, an extraordinary mechanic. Good professional and good person. Vocational dedication and very adapted and fair price. It is not the first time, there are quite a few, more and I share the same opinion with other bikers who have been on a motorcycle for forty years. May God give you health so that you continue there for many more years.

(Translated by Google) I have ridden two different bikes on two occasions. The first regular time, among other things I asked for an oil change and they forgot. The second time has been a nonsense; I asked for a complete revision of a motorcycle that had been standing for a year, as they delivered it to me I see that it has burnt out lights, the rear brake does not illuminate... and days later I was able to check it a little more. The brake fluid level does not even reach at a minimum, I see that it leaks oil and it's because the plug was loose, the oil level was overflowing, not a single drop more entered the tank, the coolant too, and of course all this reflected on the invoice as if it had been checked, and after spending two weeks in the workshop. In short, in my case quite careless.

Good workshop, with friendly and professional staff. Perhaps someone may underestimate this workshop, it could be because of the location or perhaps because it is not too big, for what some of us have in mind of what a motorcycle workshop should be, but it has some professionals who do not fit in it, they are from the best that I have known on a professional level, which is what really matters, so without sympathy there is even better. At BMW they are machines, I don't like to compare since it is known that these are hateful, but they are very good. This does not prevent them from being as good or better for other brands, which they also are and this is what I know. If I have a problem with my motorcycles, that I don't know or can't solve, I know where to go safely. Someone will wonder about the prices and I have to say that they are in line with other workshops, they charge the normal amount without going overboard, it is acceptable and even more so because they are decisive. Íñigo is one of the best good mechanics.

First time I go and last, I took my motorcycle to fix the electrical issue because it wouldn't start except by pushing, and also to change the carburetor (taking it myself and also taking the accelerator cable), I took the motorcycle on a Monday and Friday In the afternoon I went to get it, they charged me 218e to fix the electrical issue and install the carburetor and carburetor on a 125cc motorcycle (the electrical issue they told me that they changed the battery, which seemed strange to me because I had changed it less than a year ago and it seemed strange to me that it gave me problems so quickly, the thing is that I used the motorcycle very little and with the issue of confinement even less, apparently it had run out of battery and the only thing they did was charge it because One day I decided to remove the saddle to clean some covers and I see that it is the same battery that I put in) the issue is that the day I go to get the motorcycle, Friday afternoon I test it and when I turned the handlebars it accelerated, back to the workshop, and I had to leave it for the weekend and come back on Monday, as I'm going to leave the workshop I accelerate and the internal screw that is attached to the accelerator cable is loosened so that you can accelerate the motorcycle with your fist, totally I had to leave it there for a while longer, after taking it out I tried to put the mirrors to my liking. I realized that they had moved the right one, but not the screw on the mirror, but rather they had moved the pineapple where the mirror is screwed, which is the The same thing where the accelerator cable goes, and the thing is that the pin was not tightened properly and my surprise was that when I went to tighten the pin well so that it would not move, it turned out that the threads of the screws that hold the pin were threaded ( I deduce that they had a hard time trying to adjust the mirror because the mirror has a kind of lock nut and it was super hard to loosen, and I had to loosen it by disassembling the pin and tying it to a work bench) so I had to buy a new pin as well. Conclusion: put carburetor and carburete + charge a 218e battery (I suppose they had changed the battery). If this is how you win over new clients, you leave a lot to be desired...

Well, the truth is that the father is a professional, but he passes on to his son Eneko everything that he doesn't want to do, but Eneko is a botch. I took the bike to get the carbureted and I had to come back because he didn't do it right. Even so I had to I took it to another workshop where they confirmed that they had not cleaned the carburetors and the mixture was very unbalanced. I will not return.

Iñigo has given me excellent service. I left the motorcycle with him thinking it would cost a lot of money and a minimum of a couple of weeks. It was €200 and only one week, with a couple of free adjustments. Couldn't be better!

This man is possibly the person who knows the most about BMW motorcycles, as far as I know. I had heard very good things about him but he more than proved it to me by solving a problem I had with my motorcycle. I also recently took it in for maintenance and I was very happy. Special mention for your officer and the secretary who is very nice.

Workshop with honest people, they don't work miracles but they provide solutions to the client, and they meet deadlines.

After several years as a client my advice is: Find another workshop. Every time I have gone to solve a problem I have had to come back two more times or I have had to tighten screws at home or I have ended up lying on the road 5 minutes after leaving there, due to a recently changed accelerator cable that breaks or due to bad carburetion for example. I could count 1000 of those and precisely because I didn't find another workshop sooner we ended up in bad ways. I'm not saying that he lacks knowledge, but he does have more attention and that makes him a bungler. I insist: Find another workshop.

I never go back, he charges for parts that he has not replaced and the ones he changes lead to worse performance. They have neither the delicacy nor the decorum that would push me to wear it again. Not even properly cleaning carburetors, giving me carburetion problems of all kinds, changes some spark plug pipes unnecessarily to install non-original ones that prevent the bike from revving until the end. I expressly asked him to change all the brake and clutch fluids plus the cylinder, he charged me for it, he didn't change it and on top of that he didn't even change the clutch fluid so that it at least seemed that way. I won't let him look at it again for free because I'm afraid to leave it to him. It doesn't generate even the most basic confidence to not feel afraid to wear it, it just makes me feel embarrassed. These people should be purged from a profession where people and their safety depend on them. It is truly regrettable. Greetings
