A 5-star Michelin restaurant in the Lotte World Tower. It is located on 81/F. Picturesque view. I made the dinner reservation several months ago. The service is extremely good. So considerate that they even provide a scarf when my kid is a bit cold. The staff would explain how each dish is made. The food is just marvellous. Highly recommended.

Consider the price, the portion of food is not enough. Amazing view and nice service should be deserved 5stars. I had an Korean steak as a part of my main dish. It cooked perfect so I can enjoy the tenderness. My husband had lobster course which has two pieces. After the main dishes, we were still pretty hungry. Sweets are served as buffet that helped us filled up a little. Generally this place is good for desserts.

Find dining restaurant at the Signiel Hotel in Jamsil. This place specialty is famous for their baking and pastry arts. Highly recommendable.

Loved the bright spacious and beautiful decor as you enter the restaurant. The one Michelin star courses are excellent in exciting your taste buds and presentation keeps you engaged as you glance over the Han river before you. Even more impressed when the staff remembered that I had wanted a birthday celebration when I booked months ago. Recommend to dine with your date or friends.

Disappointing. Been to many Michelin star restaurants, this was the worst so far. The dishes are flat and uninteresting. Salad lacked any acidity, lobster dish was overwhelmed by a fruit sauce that killed the delicate flavor. Wine list lacks depth (sure, you're trying to be a french restaurant, but where is all the Italian wine and Spanish wine?). Service was fine. Only stand out was the view which was nice (but not better than staying at the Signiel)

Had its ups and downs. Tasting menu started off great, then was mediocre throughout the middle, then finished strong towards the end. For me, the biggest let down was the mero dish. It felt lacklustre for the main dish and the portion size was a let down as well. Also wished they had moved the pastry bar section of the course to the end served with tea/coffee. It felt kind of abrupt ending with the chestnut dessert, as opposed many other Michelin restaurants who would finish with tea/coffee along with bites. Lastly, the view from the restaurant was probably one of the best views overlooking the city in Seoul - would highly recommend requesting for seating by the window if possible during sunset time (Dined from 6pm~7:40pm in the summer time during this tasting).

An amazing dining experience located on the 81st floor of the Signiel Hotel. Food and service were too notch, the ambiance of the restaurant paired with a panoramic view of Seoul will surely take your breath away. Each dish was explained to us and just made the dining experience that much better! Multilingual staff is always a plus when traveling! The presentation and quality of ingredients used in each dish really shined and made this a dining experience like no other. It’s a great place to take family or for a special occasion. I can’t wait to see how their menu has evolved since my last visit! Check out my finsta @chiuventure for a closer look and more details of my dining experience here as well as other establishments in NYC and around the world!

A very fancy restaurant located on the 81st floor. You can see downtown Seoul at a glance, and Bukhansan Mountain and Dobongsan Mountain are magnificently spread out in the distance, and the Han River flows far away. The food is French. You can eat dessert indefinitely.

We had an amazing time enjoying every course with the chef to even come out to finish plating one of the courses personally by our table side. The restaurant was beautiful, staff were super respectful and professional, food was amazing with a beautiful view of Seoul.

For New Year’s Eve lunch, not bad. The quality of dessert was super tasty. For the main dishes, I feel average, a little bit not so well.

It's an enjoyable experience, all the way from bread, butter to dessert! Just one anecdote to highlight the excellent service - my wife ordered a cappuccino and there was cinnamon on which she is not particularly keen. We try to manage ourselves with me skimming all the cinnamon on the milk foam so that my wife could enjoy the coffee. Suddenly the waiter comes out of nowhere and offer to change the coffee for us. We explained there is nothing wrong with the coffee but just cinnamon is not a favorite. A freshly brewed cappuccino without cinnamon is on our table in no time. This is what I call - customer centric service.

An incredible experience. High-end restaurants often try the unlikely bet of mixing complex cuisine with quality and authenticity. Food at Stay looks beautiful and tastes better even; the staff is professional and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. Definitely recommended for special couple occasions if you can afford it.

Amazing view from the table. Every dish is decorated beautifully. Wine was quite pricey and left us with not many choices.

I first met Chef Hans 5 years ago in Bangkok, where he was the head chef of Elements at the Okura hotel. There, he combined French techniques with Japanese ingredients to create a tasting menu featuring the best of both cuisines. Ever since then, we have been regular patrons of Elements until we found out he was no longer working at Elements a few months ago. Fortunately, we stayed in contact and found out that he was now in charge of Stay at Signiel in Seoul. As such, our group of 6 celebrated our first vacation together since COVID-19 by going to Stay for our Christmas dinner. When we first arrived at Stay, we received a hospitable welcome from Hans’ team headed by Kelly. She and her colleagues provided us with excellent service all night. We would also like to mention that Kelly, instead of taking her Christmas day off, chose to stay with us throughout the dinner. After we were seated in our room, we took some time to appreciate the magnificent view available from the 81st floor of the Lotte tower. Later, Hans arrived in person to greet each of us personally and wished us a merry Christmas and a happy new year. Throughout the Christmas dinner designed by Hans, we were to taste a delightful mix of flavors and textures. We all agreed that the best dish of the night was the beef mille-feuille. The dish was prepared with meticulous precision and dedication. A lot of love and effort was put into making this plate. The team was also incredibly generous with their truffle shavings. However, while some people enjoy large amounts of truffle, others, like myself, prefer a smaller portion because truffles can often take attention away from other ingredients. We also thought that the tonkhahouse dessert was creative and playful, perfectly fitting the Christmas theme. Before we left, as this was our first time back in Seoul after a few years, Kelly was kind enough to offer us a tour of Seoul from the restaurant. While we initially planned to visit the Seoul Sky Observatory after dinner, the view offered by the restaurant made this not necessary. Overall, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Hans and his team for preparing the most amazing Christmas dinner. We definitely will be coming back again and would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a fine-dining experience in Seoul.

The view is beautiful and the service was excellent. The food was below average and not what I expected at a restaurant of this caliber. The only thing that was decent was the Hanwoo Beef which was melt in your mouth. However, all the rest of the food was below average at best. They provided multiple courses of desserts which were colorful but nothing special.

The (breakfast) restaurant 'Stay', on the 81st floor, where, among other things, hotel guests are served the breakfast buffet. As you can see, breakfast costs 60,000 won per person. The service is above average, but that's to be expected given the prices.

Six Course set menu was sublime. Chef customized to my allergies and it was done to perfection. Sequence of dishes masterfully crafted with flavors that tastefully complemented one after the other. Manager Jean-Charles was a treat, he added context to a few of the dishes with brilliant story telling which was delightful without being intrusive
