Very basic food. All the gravy are same. Be it anda curry, fish, chicken, mutton or paneer. The staff is not hesitant in admitting the same. I've been to this restaurant thrice, always because I didn't have time to go to a good restaurant. I don't know how the chef manages to make mutton curry sweet even when we specifically asked them to make it spicy. Below average food. If you want to eat chicken in or around freeganj then try shri kastoori (maxi road), way better than whatever kastoor offers.

I used to come ujjain twise a month, There is limited scope for mouth watering non veg in ujjain specially with in the city, then I discover this place and it full fill all my aspectation, good for lunch, must visit place for non veg lovers, One has problem with parking if you come with four wheeler.

Ordered mutton curry and tandoori roti. Mutton curry was typical dhaba style and tandoori rotis were well cooked. Mutton pieces could have been better. Service needs improvement and training. I could see people ordering tandoori chicken. I missed ordering it.

One of the few proper non-vegetarian restaurants in the town. Taste is good.

The worst mutton dish I ever tasted. There was hardly any meat to pick off the bone and whatever sliver of it I managed to get was improperly cooked. If ligaments and tendons were what I was supposed to have I would have gone to the Savannah.

Worst staff behavior and same goes for the owner these ppl hardly listen to your complaints. The only good thing about this place is taste of the food but these ppl use to take advantages of it when said the food was so spicy they hardly listen and didn’t gave any discount post that. Kindly stop visiting this worst place. Adding it up on this; tum ko toh kal wo 75% bhi nai dene the last time also had the same issue with that extra sweet chicken gravy and now I understood the reason of these extra spicy gravy which you have been serving from some time its because of your sweet onions which you have stored in your warehouse in highly cheap price and to cover that sweetness you are adding up the spice. And the worst thing is your waiters have no sense of handling customers despite of telling to wait for the next order he bought and cover the dishes with the plates its extremely disappointing to see, I have been visiting your place since 2006 and this is how to react when I put some complaints to you. And this is the same problem with your whole staff they never accept that you did something wrong and customer is not happy from now onwards I would never visit your worst hotel and will not anyone to visit it from my circle. Owner and staff both are extremely 3rd class Food quality was very bad we ordered non and it was not cleaned at all it came will blood Added the dish in bill which was not ordered by us.

Took take away for chicken tikka masala and chilli chicken. Chilli chicken was great, the portion size was sufficient and the taste was good too, not too spicy or oily. Chicken tikka, however, tasted like it was made in a generic tomato based gravy and didn't have any of the charred taste you'd associate with such a dish. At least it wasn't sweet. Prices were a bit high.
