Near Mahakal mandir. all other visiting places are also near by. Good Management and response. We had to book in emergency but the manager took care of it and helped us in every possible manner. Great staff also.

worst hotel to stay. they simply bluff one. before booking they talk in a good manner and do not disclose all the things. upon checkin and after check out only you will be able to know the real thing. The owner MR. Tiwari and his receptionist both are too rude and misbehaves with customers. they want every thing on their conditions. hotel with basic facilities. only the supporting staff is good they are well mannered and helps you. but here is the thing after booking you are trapped. Never ever try this hotel.

Good hotel and very near to Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir. Clean and hygienic property. Well behaved and ever helpful staff. Check out time is 9:00 a.m.

Nice to stay for family and couples, near to mahakaleshwar temple. Hotel staff is supportive and humble, allowed early check in. Not very good in terms of hygiene, bathroom's cleanliness is not up to the mark as per the cost charged.

Its crime to stay at this hotel, management is totally unprofessional without any moral values. Room condition is pathetic - value for money for booking here is almost zero. Noisy and lousy place even inside rooms due to unmaintained windows. Reaching to hotel & Parking is like winning Himalayan Rally. Commitment & adherence to service norms 100% missing.

Pathetic Hotel & the owner Ajay Tiwari is very RUDE while talking to guests. He kept telling me since 9am that room will be ready in 15min & in next 15min he says that check in time is 10am so rooms cannot be given at this time. Rooms are pathetic & bad condition, bad hot water facility & insects everywhere without parking facility. I suggest go to opposite hotel Shilpa Avenue or Milan Holiday but not this place

We Stayed in this hotel for 4 days, it's very much near to Mahakal Temple, from point of view of cleanliness, staff service etc it's very excellent. Must experience stay at this property as we can get access to temple and all very easily. Thank you.

The hotel is next to main door of the Mahakal temple. Location wise good and rooms are also clean. Only issue is they ask for Cash and if you want to pay via Gpay then add additional GST..

Such a nice experience to saty here with family... staff was very co operative and humble...we are literally enjoyed one night stay here....the hotel is very close to mahakal temple and main marcket.

The location of the hotel is very good, they allow outside food and the rooms are spacious. It lacks a little bit in the cleanliness

Location wise- really good.. the corridors literally right next to it! and so do all the shops! The staff is great and helpful! Price wise good too.. Totally suggest staying here of you're looking for comforting and easy holidays!

it was very close to the temple and VIP darshan counter #4, had booked the room by contacting the owner Mr. Tiwari , due to sawan month , it was very rush in ujjain . i would recommend this place as its very near mostly walkable distance from mandir , rooms are good ,service is good ,overall stay was pleasant .

Rooms were OK. No hygiene is maintained in rooms. The washrooms were not cleaned properly. Only Advantage is very close to Mahakal Temple.

Nice rooms to stay , they don't have their own kitchen but they have a tie up with other restaurant . Even then the food is very good in taste .

Hotel taking room rent illegal and not sharing GST bill. As per the law all hotel owners should pay the GST and provide bills and facilities. Hotel owner is doing business with who all are coming to his facility (Ajay). They ask only cash payment and not proving digital payment and if you ask they will charge 12% GST. Wifi is poor, hotel staff specially desk staff rude and not behave well with guests. Not recommended at all.

A nice stay with walking distance to the Mahakaal temple at Ujjain. The rooms were large enough and the staff services were also good. Didn't eat anything here so can't comment on restaurant services.

Rooms is ok ....it's nearer to the mahakaleshwar temple Ujjain 🕊️overall loved it 😊
