Good Hotel. Only part I felt is its pricing. But at present its enjoying monopoly of providing best quality and spacious rooms with real corporate essence. Best in class in absence of other elite corporate and chain of hotels at Ujjain.

Tried to contact landline no. of hotel 4-5 times between 8-9 PM but nobody picked up phone. Ceiling fan in room without regulator. On contacting maintenance, they replied that so far regulator not installed, you have to bear. In Washroom essentials, not provided Hand Wash. To switch off TV, no plug. In TV remote, TV switch not working. Location wise also out of city. Heard so far about hotel but not that much. Wastage of money.

Hotel is at good location, but room, bathroom, lift was not at all clean. Need to improve hygiene.

Visited restaurant at 2nd Floor for Lunch , service was slow took more than 35 mins for food to be served , 2 dishes were served cold and lacked basic salt & spices . 1 dish was served stale. Overall Experience - Below Average. Not recommended. Appeared as if the hotel is only meant for wedding events and not suitable otherwise.

Pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff as well as the impeccable food and interior of the hotel and the view from the room . Spacious rooms, well maintained, very courteous staff, great restaurant, superb location, well connected. The staff is not only there for your hospitality but the service they provide makes every guest feel special. From hotel location to the service, ambiance, food (only property in Ujjain to have breakfast buffet ) room view, the best stay I could have imagined. This property provided personalised care and ensured everything very from check in to Check out, it was super smooth.

Worst experience ever. The food was smelly, not fresh, cold food served. Too much time taken for simple orders. The staff was not at all well groomed the staff was not knowing the names of menu’s dishes while ordering food i was in need to show the names of dishes. Above all when i visited i literally saw 5-6 other guests fighting or complaining about food or service. Was here to celebrate one’s birthday but it was ruined instead.

Worst experince ever. Dont waste your money here. Smelly rooms, no room service , maintaince is very poor. Staff is not supportive. An oyo would have been much better than this

I selected this hotel primarily for its convenient location. My check-in was scheduled for later in the day, so room availability wasn't a concern. The rooms were quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable, easily accommodating three people. However, there was a hiccup during check-in when we requested an extra bed for which I agreed to the reasonable price of Rs. 1,000. Unfortunately, when I returned around 6 am, the extra bed hadn't been arranged. We were too exhausted to argue, so we ended up just sleeping without it. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable.

The ambience of the lobby is passable at best. In all my travels across different states and countries, it has to be the most uncooperative and ill mannered reception staff I've ever encountered. They denied something as simple as an early check-in just an hour before the original check-in time. Even though we had asked prior to our arrival for this provision. It would have been fine if it was just an adult or grown up individuals but we were travelling with children as young as eight and ten year olds. The staff member in question had the name tag PANKAJ. After booking 3 rooms and even getting a promise for early check-in we eventually had to pay INR2800/- JUST FOR AN HOUR EXTRA and one hotel room for 7 people so that we could freshen up in an almost empty hotel. That is unacceptable by any standard. The maintenance was extremely poor because something as basic as a washroom door was not functional in the room provided to me. (Not a good experience when you are staying in pairs). The music in the lobby is obnoxiously loud. You can hear it even inside the room rather loudly. Getting a good night's sleep was a struggle. Moreover, for how particular they were about check-in time at the reception, they had absolutely no shame in ringing us multiple times an hour before our check-out to "remind" us to vacate on time. For a relatively desolate establishment in terms of customers, they sure wanted us out more than anything else it seems! On an unrelated note, they do have a pool smack beside the dining area devoid of any direct natural light. Quite intriguing, considering not many people would be willing to swim when there are diners watching you swim or enjoy your time in the pool.

The food was yum. The service was okay. The crowd was good. The staff was really courteous. The bathrooms were not very well maintained. The location is the best. Around ujjain this is honestly the only worthwhile place to be.

The place is best for foodies and travellers. The restaurant serves mouth watering dishes with the best of flavours to suit everyone's taste buds. The staff is friendly and the ambience that fills your senses the moment you enter the place is a joy to experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend their vacation or holiday with a touch of luxury, comfort and style.

One of the best hotel in my life of 70 years in US or India. Yummy food , courteous service, ultra clean and above all good staff. I wish I have 10 out of 5 ratings. Attendent sèema and Abhay impressed me and my family a lot .

Regret to inform you that, you are giving very bad service, you are taking two days even for a simple inquire. Asking on the phone, you said that, I will get an answer on WhatsApp, which has not been giving for two days. Still waited, but got failure, so after 2 hours called again, and you said that you are not answering on WhatsApp. I have to send Email. I asked you… only email work for reservations? If yes than why not informed to us first. And Why given WhatsApp number on website, if can't answer. Why can't it be said over the phone? Why bother the customer. We have stayed in your hotel before, so we wanted to stay again. But unfortunately, I was very hurt by such behavior. We never visit your hotel with displeasure and will also inform our friends about this incident. end with indignation.

Price is quite high for service provided. Room charges are not visible on their website, You need to send an email for quotation. Quotation given to me was different/lower ( their explanation later was - it was for 2 adults) and when 3 people showed up, they charged us extra. Extra bed was couch covered into bed which was not at all comfortable that raised a question if you cant provide good bed then why charge amount for it ? Hot water were not coming at 4 am when we needed it since visiting temples early morning. AC was not working multiple times. Room service fixed it so no issues. Breakfast service could have been better since its 4 star hotel. I would recommend exploring other hotels. Room service people were very nice to fix every problem we were having.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights and our experience was fantastic. The staff is excellent and well behaved. They have 2 restaurants and food quality & taste of food is good. I was little reluctant before I reached the property as this is a boutique hotel and was unable to find any branded hotel as I was traveling with senior citizens and children. The behaviour of the staff removed all my worries and our stay experience was awesome. They guided me on the places to visit around. The swimming pool is clean and all other services are upto mark. The room quality is as good as any other 4 to 5 star property like Radisson or lemon tree premier. I will highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Ujjain.

THE place to have a wedding. 70 rooms. All good size and very well kept. Big lawn, big hall and 2 small halls.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Hotel Anjushree Inn Ujjain, and I must say that it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the service was nothing short of abysmal. I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others, as I believe it is important to highlight the shortcomings of this establishment. First and foremost, the service at this hotel was absolutely atrocious. When I placed an order for some basic items, it took a mind-boggling 40 minutes to receive them. This is completely unacceptable, especially when one considers that prompt service should be a top priority for any hotel. Waiting for such a significant amount of time for something as simple as an order is beyond comprehension. Furthermore, the check-in process was a nightmare. I was forced to endure a wait of almost 30 minutes to an hour and a half just to complete the check-in formalities. This kind of delay is simply unforgivable, especially when guests are tired from their journeys and eager to settle into their rooms. The inefficiency and lack of organization displayed by the hotel staff during this process were truly astounding. Additionally, the overall level of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty carpets, stained furniture, and an unpleasant odor. It was evident that proper attention to cleanliness was sorely lacking, and it made for an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. The staff members themselves were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of satisfactory customer service. Whenever I had a query or required assistance, they appeared indifferent and unresponsive. It was clear that their priority was not ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. All in all, I cannot in good conscience recommend Hotel Anjushree Inn Ujjain to anyone. The third-class service, excessively long waiting times, and overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance make it a hotel to avoid. There are numerous other options available in Ujjain that would surely provide a far more enjoyable and comfortable stay. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing an alternative accommodation option in this city.

Had 4 rooms booked with them and each of them had one problem or another. AC stops working suddenly in 3 of the rooms simultaneously, took them 2 hours to fix it after repeatedly running to the reception at 2:30 AM. And to top it off, when i ask them to change my rooms they tell me that there is only one room available. I've had cockroaches pop up in my room to which their response was sorry sir and to send cleaner to the room. I had to request them to change the room, which took multiple calls as well. The breakfast is not worthy of being call breakfast, had the same exact choices for 2 consecutive days with absolutely sluggish service and bland food to say the least. There's absolutely no way i'm visiting again.

Anjushree is a well maintained Hotel. The front office staff are competent. They guided us well. The restaurants are good. I especially loved their parantha. They could do well with some kind of guest request log system though. For instance I asked for hangars for the closet. It never turned up. A small issue in otherwise brilliant stay.

Rooms are spacious but poorly lit. Service is non existent and food quality is poor. Considering the pricing would not recommend to anyone

This is one of the best hotels in Ujjain. Staff are good and well behaved. Very peaceful atmosphere. No noise pollutions.Besides in room- dining there is a dining area on the 2nd floor. Food was good and savoury but a bit pricy. One can have buffet option @ ₹850/-+tax per head. Mahakal ji Temle is 6-7 Km away from the hotel. Hotel is not equipped with travel desk or logistics arrangements-it’s a drawback of course .

I attended a wedding here during the COVID times. Most of the hotel was off limits/closed at that time. The hotel staff were following all the norms. All the rooms were comfortable with necessary items provided in the hotel room. The marriage hall my friend booked was spacious with delicious food served in the buffet style. It is one of the best Hotel in Ujjain.

Nice ambiance, good service, fantastic food. Overall good experience. We visited at H2O restaurant with our 2 month old baby. Though they don't hv separate nursing room in hotel but on our request they provided hotel room. Thanks to hotel management for prompt support.

Rooms are neat and people here are very cooperative. Very nice place; food is tasty and place is also crowded. One can always find various dishes here, which are healthy to eat and can be enjoyed with family

Stay away!! Worst service ever. Filthy, dirty, rooms, lobbies, windows. Untrained, rude staff. Zero housekeeping. Completely apathetic to their guests. Nothing works , safe, ac, fridge, no hygiene.food is terrible. No one cleans. Lots of us fell sick after staying for two nights here. Even a regular lodge is probably better. Would give it zero stars if I could. 😡

I went for buffet dinner and it was great. Food, services and ambience is amazing. The view is also very beautiful. Great place to hangout with friends and family.

I went for dinner yesterday and service was pathetic, waiters don't know anything on the menu and they will right away say that they cannot make it and force you to take the buffet option. There are much better dinning place in Ujjain.

The hote is just awesome, the bed and bathrooms are clean like any 5star hotels , the breakfast is good and wholesome only thing is they don't provide opener, so the wise thing would be when u buy beer form the wine shop buy a opener also . Rest it's a good comfortable place to stay

Excellent ambience. Great food. Rooms were large and quite comfortable. But if you cancelled the booking within the time limit which is fixed by the hotel management, they are not refund your payment as they committed the time limit. Since last 72 days I am continuously send the reminder emails to the reservation desk for the refund but they just treat like us as a football. I don't know why management was so irresponsible. It's very worst experience with the Hotel Management.

Big clean rooms as expected in a 4 star facility. It is about 6 kms from mahakaleshwar temple. I liked staying here. I will come again when I visit ujjain. Dmart is next to it. Just in case of you miss to bring anything don't fret over entire trip. Shop when you arrive here.

Clean and spacious rooms. Smiling faces of staff both at reception and restaurant. Both veg and non veg preparations were good. Lavish breakfast spead and tasty. Liked the dosa brown, thin and crispy. However coffee and tea quality can be improved.

Fantastic place to stay , very near to magnificent Mahakal corridor and Lord Mahakal' s temple . Very neat and clean, excellent service , peaceful atmosphere and all around we can feel the serenity

We stayed here for 2N3D. Hotel has very amazing ambience. All staff people are very cooperative and friendly. Kitchen and room service people helped us a lot for cooking meals for our baby girl. We can’t thank them enough. This support made our stay really very special. Breakfast needs special mention as it has variety of foods and they all are delicious. Specially the live tea making counter is amazing. It gives the authentic taste of the tea unlike machine made tea. I happily recommend this hotel for luxury and comfortable stay at Ujjain.

The food is exceptionally great! The head Chef - Rex takes real good care of everyone visiting the restaurants. The quality and the ambience in itself are great! Thanks to Chef Rex for such a great experience, enjoyed my time with my family.
