Hotel is just okay. Rooms are average. Food is good. Front desk staff is very rude. They need sessions and classes to learn to talk to guest . I m clearly referring to Mr. S.P Bhatt. Maybe Covid has affected his mental health. Hotel management needs to get him fixed. Good luck to new comers in this hotel

Worst hotel I experienced in my life with no courtsy at all. Resturant staff is very rude ..dont know how to talk to the clients. Whole staff especially mrs gunjan fighting for single banana. Very rude behaviour from staff and manager over there. No respect for guest. Would recommend to stay in dharamsala or low grade hotel instead of this hotel. Please if u dnt want to spoil your trip dont book this hotel. I dint saw so irresponsible behaviour in my life. Even managers are least concerned about customers.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely cooperative. The check-in experience with Mr Bhat was fantastic. The manager Tanmaya Neema was very helpful. Housekeeping was perfect and very quick to respond to requests. Restaurant food was good. We are grateful to the hotel for a great stay.

We went for dinner on not so busy day i:e; Tuesday. Service was slow, quantity was very less. Dal fry that we ordered was not at all dal fry. Veggies in hot garlic sauce had so much raw garlic. Food was without much oil and less spicy this was a good thing. Overall expectations were high but were not fulfilled.

This perhaps, is the best stay in Ujjain. No other hotel can match to the level of food they serve. The smooth process of checking in, is absolutely remarkable. The service is swift and the hospitality tops it all. Must also mention that the rooms are very clean and tidy. I’d recommend this stay with commendable quality.

They have parking space and what impressed me the most is their restaurant. Very well managed by a high percentage of women staff, it has quite good food to offer with a lot of variety too. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side but a good choice overall.

The location is good. "Everything about this place, the cleanliness, the staff behaviour, the comfort of the room, the big size of the room, good comfortable bed, clean bathrooms... I could sleep very very peacefully here. Thank you for a great stay. Food quality is good no need to go anywhere in Ujjain to EAT.

The Hotel is very close to Mahakaleshwar temple. The rooms are spacious and provide all modern facilities. The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff is also hospitable. Would definitely recommend.

The place is decent enough, but not worth the price. I guess the reason for high price is just its proximity with Shree Mahakal Temple. The hotel staff was cooperative, and I guess is used to handle local crowd. Food as all the other reviews suggest, was really homely and tasted yum.

Excellent service by the team. Gaurav helped us throughout our stay. During the breakfast service, Kajal did an exceptional job. Only recommendation is the spread in breakfast needs to refilled quickly without making the guests waiting for a longer time.

The Rooms and staff were good, but prices seem to be a little high, as compared to the property. Breakfast was very good. But had a very bad experience with the restaurant service, there was mismanagement, every time we were ordering, different staff was taking orders in between, they should allot one staff to one table, and the food preparation time was so late that we kept waiting for few orders and finished the dinner and then left order came. when we asked why so late, they responded that a different party is going on. (A complete Mismanagement from elite property) They need to add more Kitchen Chefs and handle these situations and their food preparation time.

Food is amazing! Service needs some work. We were mostly unattended despite the restaurant being empty, while the staff chatted and giggled in a corner.

Rooms are neat and clean , food is amazing and also they have many variety in breakfast for those who loves food must visit location is little far from temple but autorickshaw are easily available if anyone stay in Ujjain it’s a best place to stay

I liked the hotel very much, the staff here are family friendly, I vomited at night, so I told the housekeeping staff, Mahendra Singh came to me with medicines, he was a very nice boy, he called me every half hour at night and asked about my well-being, I felt very happy. I liked it

Slightly high priced may be due to non availability of good hotels in Ujjain & vacation time.. But overall hotel is Good & family with kids can prefer to stay. Breakfast option is good at Rs. 350. Donot try Dal khichri here... Location is around 2 km from Mahakal mandir. Parking is available

It's a nice hotel with clean rooms, bigger rooms, parking facility. I have 1 concern that hot water comes in morning only. The room service is good. I don't like receptionist behaviour. It's rude as in they're the only one hotel. The price a bit high for a night stay. Good for family.

Everything was excellent it was our family visit I can not describe in words. Hospitality behavior of staff IA excellent. Room , food ,location are excellent. Particularly our experience with Mr bhatt was very good from booing to chekout so good. I recommend for stay.

Stayed there for two days to attend my best friend's wedding which took place at the hotel. Rooms are quite big and clean.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Abika. The property is in good shape and service is good. The location is also good, its easy to reach Mahakal Temple from the hotel. I was very impressed by the taste and variety of food and the service at Lotus restaurant, which is located on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed their for a night while visiting Mahakal. Pros: Cleanliness : 4/5 Cons: Food : MINUS 5 out of 5. Probably one of the worst dinner I have had in recent times. Chinese and Oriental food was too tangy/noisy, with excess use of sauces and artificial colors. Room Comfort : MINUS 5 out of 5. Too much noise from nearby rooms entire day and night. Even the lobby area was full of smoke in evening as guests were smoking with doors open. Nothing much done by Hotel authority despite bringing it to their attention.

Booked this place for 3600 per night with breakfast. 1. Pictures in the property are the same as the actual property. When it comes to sheets, there is a pathetic quality of sheets and pillows, which will make you uncomfortable. 2.breakfast has very limited options, but the food is good in taste. Do try ala carte here and you will not regret it. 3. Staff is supportive of early check in. 4. The staff is not trained and often have to explain things or wait a lot for even a simple request, few are good the rest don't have even the common courtesy. 5. Location is the only thing that will be completely satisfactory every temple or location is with the radius of 2-5kms, and autos are easily available.

Love the hotel and the ambiance. Will surely suggest my connections for this hotel. This is a pure veg hotel with very neat and clean rooms and obviously delicious food items. Stuffs are very friendly and polite.

Hotel location is good.. Very near to all religious places. Don't expect pool, spa, gym etc. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is great.. What can be improved.. 1. Breakfast is exactly same everyday with no change 2. At least 20-25% over priced with kind of facilities..

Decent hotel. Food is good in restaurant although service is slow. 100-150 rs auto charges to mahakal temple and railway station. Can definitely stay here if coming to ujjain. Staff is very honest. We had cash lying in the open and room was given for cleaning. There was no theft attempt from any staff.

Had great impression about this hotel. But I must say it's not worth it at all. As the rooms are not appropriate when it comes to functioning. N number of things were broken and not at all serviced properly. Especially the bathroom. I was highly disappointed. My family was about to book this hotel for a wedding. Thankfully we did not.
