TV, Intercom, WiFi were not working...they fixed TV but not other things...had to ask for every essential thing like towel, blanket, room spray...still they didn't provide blanket as we were 2. AC outlet pipe was in room with a bucket. I had to go to the reception every time for any request mentioned above and yet most of them were ignored. This hotel is good only on the application.

First of all the pickup and drop service are pathetic, mannerless people who took the luggage and breakfast was just eatable. Good point is rooms are good and clean and hotel is easily accessible from station. Another good point is auto rickshaw easily available after crossing just 1 street. Overall it’s good because of room hygiene but not happy with the staff and service provided.

I had a pleasant stay at Midland Hotel Ujjain during my solo trip to seek the blessings of Lord Mahakal. The room was neat and well-maintained, though the washroom could have been cleaner. The hotel staff provided excellent service, making my stay comfortable. While the balcony view was ordinary, the hotel's central location made it easily accessible by auto from various places. Despite a minor room cleanliness issue, my overall experience was enjoyable and satisfying.

The worst hotel in ujjain. I was living here for 2 days and there was cockroaches, red ants, insects roaming on the bed. Bedsheets are not clean the blanket was stinking. They didn't even clean the room properly on daily basis. The breakfast was the same in the two days. They give 1 kachori, poha, dhokla which was bought from a local restaurant.its my humble request that please don't book this hotel ever and if you do, do it on your own risk.

I am delighted to have chose Midland hotel for my stay, I found this hotel very very nice and beautiful as per the price, the location is very convenient for everything, there are restaurants, market just outside the hotel, and temple is fee meters away, so travelling won't cost you much. This is one of the best hotel one can found near mahakalesbwar temple.... Thank you.

Apart from the location nothing is good about the Hotel. One of the worst maintained Hotels with Suite Room and the washroom stinking like a public toilet. Only positivity is that it comes within a great location. Staff are rude and unhelpful and that is what makes it more unbearable. Recommend to avoid at any cost.

Excellent service by Staff, Neat and clean Clean rooms All staff members are cooperative Quick service Provided breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended.

1) Parking is available 50 to 70 meters away from the hotel. The hotel paid my parking charges for 3 days. Hotel also provided a rickshaw for the transport of luggage from the parking lot to the hotel. 2) The hotel staff won't provide u any accurate information about mahakal temple tickets. I was informed that the tickets for the Jal Abhishek is available between 1 pm to 4 pm which was completely bogus. 3) The hotel is situated in a narrow lane, rickshaws will decline to drop u at the door steps of the hotel. If u have aged people, they will have to walk up to the road. 4) I was charged 9040/- for 3 days (2 rooms). At this cost u really can't expect luxury. 5) Rooms were average. Clean washrooms. 6) Please don't expect good hospitality. You can't bring outside food in your hotel room. 7) The ac wasn't working. No complimentary water bottles. 8) No wifi. The intercom was broken. 9) the rooms don't have windows for ventilation.

You imagine that you may have gone to a new city and first of all tell you to go to the police station.Their terms and conditions are something else on the site and some more in the hotel You go to the hotel, you have to go to the police station if you are traveling with a female and male friend. And then they do augment on strange things and they will directly deny you that the room will not be available for you after all you make the reservation on advance ur booking are prepaid they directly deny to give you room. Room was clean there telecom not working tv not working. Staff needs to work on their etiquettes that how to talk they behave like we are criminal when if you asked them for normal things they replied very rude and when ever you passes lobby they pass comments to you stay Oyo if u comes with male frnds or any female frnds worst experience went ujjain for mahakal mandir darshan but they made such a bad experience that can't help I never recommend anyone to go.

It was very worst experience….. we were five friends from Ahmedabad…. We have booked it via mmt… when we reached there they said that we are not providing rooms to unmarried couples….. we were not couples, we all are friends……in which girls use to stay in different room…… we have reached ujjain at 10 pm and then hotel management stated such words and did not provide the rooms… later we have moved to other hotel… such a cheap and narrow minded thinking hotel owner and staff have.

Hotel Staff Subhash is absolutely unprofessional, first he ask us to make payment n later he says hotel completely booked. Keeps his phone busy for more than half n hr and later denied his booking. Not even considered reference n such a false behaviour by any staff

Please be cautious of booking at this hotel as it may be fraudulent. I unfortunately lost 1000 Rs. due to booking online, and the individual responsible for the booking, Vijay Keshav Ketare, turned off their mobile phone after receiving payment. I strongly advise against trusting this hotel and urge you to take caution when booking online.

Rooms and bathrooms are good. Located in a very narrow lane. Autos dont go inside this lane. No restaurant in the hotel. Ok if you want to stay for a day or less.

Worst hotel of the Ujjain, I lost my money by blindly faith on make my trip app. Just like a lodge, room rent should be 300 - 400 they deserve as service they are providing. They offered complimentary breakfast by serving old kachuri and tasteless tea. Room has full of odour and humidity. Total waste of money. Staff is also very roude and like goons.

I was excited to explore Ujjain, hotel was looking good and budget friendly in google maps images, but it was very bad the bathrooms were very distasteful, smelly and gruesome NO ROOM SERVICE FOR FOOD!! <--- This thing I dint like about the hotel there were arrogant staff and it all came into an argument and a brawl, overall would not recommend to book a room here (not expected this from midland staff) very disappointed 😏😣😡😰🤬

Rooms different than image shown. Quality of mattress and toiletries poor. Not worth the MMT ValueStay tag they have and the money they charge. Location is the only plus with this hotel.

We recently visited ujjain and the hotel room was not up to the mark. They charged 1800 rs for a day but the rooms were not clean, there was a broken jet in the toilet, washbasin splashes, and the room was too small. Don't ask for room services, it was awful 😔 we were resting in our room around 4 pm and one of the guys rang our bell 4 times just to ask if we need water. The location was also not good, even the rikshaw walas refused to go there. We walked almost 2 km to reach our hotel from the mandir. There are better hotels in the area , try another one.

I've stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my family, the rooms are quite dirty and they frequently cut the water supply to the room. The worst thing about this place is the behaviour of staff, they're very arrogant, i booked a car to omkareshwar from the hotel management although I booked an AC car due to current heat wave, the ac of car was faulty and my family got sick due to which while complaining to the hotel management they arrogantly behave with me and my family. I've asked for 30 minutes late check-out due to some personal reasons and the hotel staff kept on arguing with me for 1 hour and become abusive. If you're going with your family please don't stay in this hotel.

Rooms were having used linen. Most of the rooms have no ventilation. Even after requests they changed it after many calls. Service is very poor since they take lot of time even to provide water. Location is the worst as it is located in a very narrow lane

1. This hotel located at the center of a market and 1.2KM of Mahakal Temple. An auto from here to the temple will take around Rs. 50 and drop to the temple for Bhasm Aarti of 4AM is complimentary. 2. Food is average. You will get a complimentary breakfast of tea, kachodi, and sev poha. You can anyways go out and find ample places 3. Amenities: The hotel doesn't provide much. However, with this rate, one can't expect much. One will spend most of their time outside and will come only to sleep. You will get basic amenities like English toilets, AC, fan, hot water. 4. Cleanliness: Pathetic. They claim to clean the room however, when we entered at night, there a lot of cockroaches have some real good fun. Sad that I had to kill around 7 of them. Sorry Mahakal :( We complained, however the person came saw the cockroaches and didn't come to clean. May be he had some special connection with them. Overall this is 2 star hotel and if both your expectations and the budget are low, you can definitely opt for this hotel. Jai Mahakaleshwar!

No parking, arrogant staff dirty rooms and dumbest kind of room service. breakfast is available in basement which stìil dirty, is chargeable if taken a bit extra.... check out timings are self styled and not standerdized. They have self styled rules for guest. grown up kids with parents are chargeable with Rs. 300 extra besides the payment already made. Overall!Worthless although it is with in 1.5 kilometer of Mahakaal Tample.. but not worth staying

The location is far from the station as well as Mahakal Temple. The receptionists are not cooperative. Rooms light was flickers.   The TV remote was not there. The night lamp was not working. Rates are high compared to service and location. Hot water starts after 8 a.m., and check-out time is at 9 a.m. No parking space.

Advance booking did 2 months back not prober maintain bill history if we are discuses receptionist roughly answer(ravi) and maintained very poor not cloth and bathroom cleaned. kindly make choice different one in my advice. not card payment also accepted here.

It's the most economical and good hotel to stay in ujjain.i recommend all to stay here. It's a bit far from the temple but if you want to save your money then this hotel is best.

We booked the room on 12 and 13 june22 Pros Staff and owner are polite and helpful Proximity to mahakaleshwar Free pick up from railway station Felt safe for women travellers Cons Rooms are not properly ventitated , windows are there but open in duct so you cannot open. Even if you opt for AC rooms if there is no power it will switch to fan. Toilets are pathetic, flush don't work, taps leak, taps are broken in short very unclean. Same breakfast is served every day poha kachori ,poha is not Kanda poha some different type of poha. Note to owner : should think of renovating the toilets and maintaining it.
