Nice place to have party and small get together....the hall is small which is enough for around 100 people....the food is good and cleanliness is also quite good....

Overall a pretty satisfying experience. The food was good, the service was also fine. The restaurant design could use a bit of work, and the prices are pretty overpriced. The garden on the right could also use some work, mostly some grass and a little bit more greenery.

I was very much disappointed, I found hair in harabhara kabab, ofter complaint waiter took it and came back, and serve the same piece &he said that the hair dropped into from outside, as his captain instructed him.Even he didn't gave the anther.

Review after using their banquet service: Central accessible location, very decent rates hardly thirty-one hundred for hall charges which is very low and they give very decent service. Construction is very old needs renovation but staff is helpful। Food taste average but main highlight is price competitive compared to market player

All rooms were damp and very old material is used. It was like staying in a haunted old palace with no service. I took room without asking price and was charged 1600 rs while online it is available at 590 rs per day. Not recommended if you can pay more than 600 per day.

The hotel is located near to Railway station. The room was not upto the mark. The toilet was not clean. Some of the furniture were damaged and broken. The hotel service was good.

Taste of food is always 👌 😋 fantastic. But the owner should make some changes in his interior it looks like we are walking in a Dharmshala the building is too old . I didn't use any room till yet but sitting in restaurant and meeting hall it looks very old and the feel don'tcome out ............... Sry but I thought to share my views with SURANA PALACE The thing which is lacking is interior plz make changes in ur presentation 🙏
