We
visited
Ujjain
and
reached
the
hotel.
Location
:
Location
is
very
good
as
it
is
situated
in
front
of
Ujjain
Railway
station.
2
min
walking
distance.
Rooms
:
Initially
they
offered
a
room
where
3
separate
beds
were
available.
I
think
they
tried
to
provide
us
a
dormitory
in
place
of
a
proper
room.
I
was
with
my
wife
and
family.
My
room
was
very
dirty
and
it
was
stinking
a
lot.
The
damp
smell
was
there
and
it
was
not
bearable.
Even
there
were
no
window
available
in
that
room.
They
put
a
curtain
on
a
wall.
Initially
we
thought
it
is
a
window
but
when
we
wrap
the
curtain
we
got
surprised
as
there
were
no
window.
The
wall
was
there
instead
of
windowsπ.
Initially
they
said
that
no
other
room
was
available
but
when
I
asked
and
requested
them
for
a
proper
room
as
I
was
unable
to
enter
the
room
due
to
the
damp
smell,
they
understood
my
problem
laterally
and
provided
another
double
bed
room.
The
new
room
was
small
in
size
And
again
a
little
bit
of
a
damp
smell
was
there.
We
had
no
option.
We
opened
the
window,
turned
on
the
AC
and
Fan.
After
sometime
we
were
comfortable.
Service
:
Service
was
good,
as
I
mentioned
above,
when
we
requested,
they
shifted
us
to
another
room.
Also
they
allowed
us
to
stay
for
2
hours
post
the
checkout
time.
We
returned
from
Mahakaleshwar
Mandir,
took
a
rest
and
after
some
time
we
departed
from
there.
Suggestion
for
hotel
owners
-
You
have
the
best
location.
But
you
need
to
work
on
infrastructure.
The
furniture
is
very
old,
the
room's
quality
is
not
up
to
the
mark.
So
you
need
to
work
on
both
areas
and
I
am
sure
it
will
be
the
win
win
situation
for
both
(Customer
and
owner).
'Kaam
to
chal
rha
hai'
is
not
good
approach.
You
are
in
the
hospitality
domain
and
these
should
be
your
priority..
Rest
is
your
business
and
you
know
it
better
than
me...
