Worst hotel i have ever seen, please don't consider this hotel for stay, staff is totally mad specially reception old guy they don't understand anything at all. If you have a booking via online they will make sure that you wait for atleast 1 hr, & pretending they don't have booking etc etc my experience was worst, food is fine waiters are good, and i am writing all this also on behalf of a poor family who booked the room paying double the amount booked 2 rooms for 2 family they arrived early in the morning, but they failed to get a room, though they had a booking for 2 rooms. Pathetic Hotel, Reception guy is totally mad. Find better option but don't consider this chandragupta hotel which is next to Krishna Sudhama hotel.

😠the worst ever. The food is right, room service and room is good!! but the behaviour of a staff member is like he is the manager of hotel but nothing more than a waiter. This kind of behaviour made my food tough to be digested this night. I gave it 5 stars only because of this algorithm that shows 5 stars reviews above

Best place if you are travelling solo just outside the ujjain jn also nearby the dewas gate bus stand dormitory starts at just 200 for 24 hrs per person with a common lat-bath

Arrived in Ujjain on 16th Dec around 9. Plus point of this hotel.. Near to Ujjain JN. Solo traveller. Booked double bed room for Rs. 2240, For 2 nights. Never book 204, room was filled with tiny Cockroaches I found 1 or 2 in morning but didn't complain had to leave for mahakal temple. But did complaint about once I found bunch of them in my room in the evening.... They changed my room. 304 but same situation.. Again had to switch.. Room 105. Settled there for one night no issue. One more thing.. Asked them for warm water.. And they gave me geyser water to drink 🤦‍♂️.. So overall location wise it's good. But not gonna visit this hotel again. Cheers. Jai mahadev. 🙏.

Waste of money my relatives book 2 rooms of this hotel near Ujjain railway station I saw rats in room then I call reception and tell him to do something he said ok will send boy for this will waiting half and hour nobody come after I sleep 😡in the morning I go and tell him nobody come he said who call me I m not receiving your call kisi bhut ne uthaya hoga maine to nahi uthaya how can they talk like this😯 they charge too much but not giving facilities..AC remote not giving, broken furniture, dirty bed sheets avoid to go with family rates ghumte rehte he room me I have video of this rates don’t go avoid

Good stay at this hotel. Very close to railway station. Rooms are not very good but better than other station type hotel. Commuting from here to temple and other places are very good

Very bad restaurant and hotel. We waited for 30mins just to receive our order. Everything was really bad in terms of taste, hygiene. Waiters were not answering properly. Very very very bad behaviour when we asked why its taking more time. I would never recommend this hotel and restaurant to anybody

Hotel is near railway station,and not much costly.service is also good.

Very nice food...... We stayed for 4 days and had tasty food...We booked 4 seater room...Room was clean and overall good experience... Stay was good ... Thank you to Rameshawar ji.... Whole staff was nice...Especially Tushar was very cooperative...Next time also we would prefer this hotel. Overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Near to railway station makes it easier to reach everywhere...Jai Mahakaal 🙏

Best hotel to stay if you're visiting ujjain.... It is very near to Ujjain railway station, staff and administration is very polite and helpful, hotel is also very impressive
