My honest review is that Don’t choose this hotel if you are looking for pleasant stay. Let me explain you with proper pros & cons. Pros- 1) This is very near to Railways station & mandir & very much in to the city 2) Very less budget friendly hotel Cons - 1) Very dirty bathrooms with ripped bed sheets on bed 2) Not at all great to stay 3) Warms in the bathroom 4) very unpleasant cleaning 5) Tea was not so good 6) Fan was not working Photos are misleading in the social media, also traffis are not at all worth it

Very bad condition room don't book online check before booking at time of booking 1) Rooms is too shorts. 2)staff is not delivered any kind of service at right time 3) mosquito is there in the rooms if you stay out there please bring your own mosquito repellent 4) washroom is dirty and smelly 5) house keeping service is not proper 5) RO is not in working condition.because of we buy there own mineral water 6)if you wished to stay out in atlas palace first check the room. Very dirty rooms No cleanliness Online pics and room is different.feels like they are cheating you My office cubicle is bigger than this hotels rooms Overpriced..1000-1200 room ke 6000 tak dene pade just due to rush in ujjain . majboori ka fyada uthao or paise kamao Poor service ..intially old bedsheets and cover were given used by someone else ..we have to ask then to change it..no tv recharge..no mosquito repellent Overall plz don't book it .

Not recommended..not maintained properly.no cleaning nothing... Telephone not working...no proper linens .. garbage bag also not available there for dustbin .. and for telephone problem they are telling that it will be repaired when technician will come 🫴 and he was not aware about problem also....very pathetic ...and about service...i ask for towels...day before and I get it next morning after calling ... overall don't visit and don't waste your money 💰.

We are travel agent from Mumbai our guest stay here from 26th to 28th jan it's very bad property 👉Rooms are very bad, bathroom no hot water, toilet no water, not clean also all sandas on top of floors its very bad to say also bed sheets is not good Washing, no tea makers no any room services 👉we are suggest all travel agent don't promoted this property it's zero support and services

Did offline booking, reception staff is good and they helped in booking bhasma aarti which is really nice. Location is close to ujjain station, temple is not close and you have to take Riskha/auto which is easily available. Overall very pleasant stay.

The staff is very bad and their behavior is very bad. I booked hotel online for my parents, they reached earlier, lady at reception has no manners how to talk to customers, they didn't give them any room rather behaved like we got hotel for free.

Pls don't ever make a mistake to book in this hotel, first of all pictures on websites are totally misleading, you get a shock of your life when you come to know when you see the condition of their rooms with the amount you have paid. The rooms are not even worth to pay 500 in off peak time and maximum 800 in peak season. We made a big mistake that we paid 5000/ where in no toiletries other than a very small size soap for hand wash, no water bottles, asking for tea kit & kettle is very extra that you can think of. You have to repeatedly ask to recharge your TV but it will not be done.. linens provided were reused, totally unhygienic rooms.. Everything if bad especially at this rate. You will feel cheated.

Poor room facilities, bathrooms were not cleaned,bed sheet was untidy,small rooms, in breakfast only Paratha was given too with frozen curd...room full of smell..

I really need to thank all the Hotel Staff and a very special thanks to the owner Mr Jatin Shivhare for the excellent service and their kind gesture .. I really enjoyed my visit. This hotel is very close to Ujjain station .. It was more than awesome. Very welcoming staff .. Excellent reception desk .. Excellent room service. Best of luck :)

Rooms were ok but with Rats..... When we complained , Arrogant reply we got that it will go by itself TV was not working for whole day Requested to change the settop box They told can't be done Requested to change the room , replied rooms are full,which was false When we argued they replied rooms are booked can't do anything Staff are really arrogant Worst experience Pls don't visit this hotel ever Use less and worthless hotel

Most worst hotel. Bed & bedsheet is torned. Food quality is good for nothing. They have barred outside so have to eat their food otherwise you have no option.

I am requesting everyone not to book this hotel. Such a bad experience. Rooms and bathroom are smelling like hell!! Door lock is broken! TV is not working! AC is not working!

The Room were not that great but Ok to stay. The Room price are great according to location. (check price around before visiting) Nice Staff

It's a bad hotel to stay according to price. When I stayed they gave us a room which door could not be locked properly. gate was totally damaged. When say them to change room they gave us another room which could not be locked from out of the room. They gave us a blanket which was teared. Room cleaning was very poor. Parking area is not available in hotel our car was parked out of the hotel on the road. It was not fully safe for vehicle. If the room price is 700 to 800 INR then I must say hotel is good to stay.

I dont know about rooms bcz hotel's staff dint even know what is the charge they check on google for price.. 1st they said that pr room 1800 and then when we r about to take the rooms they said 3000 pr room like seriously.

My experience at the hotel was very very bad as my money from wallet was stolen from my locked room. Moreover the hotel manager was unwilling to even listen and try to look into the matter. She was just trying to blame us. The hospitality was horrible. Not recommended for stay.

Hotel Manager very rude charged extra for 1 hours early check in 600rs I was booked 2 rooms online n paid 1538 each room In online website show me different rooms very spacious.but at there she give me very very untidy and small rooms. I will never book again..

Hotel is near to Mahakal temple and all the must visit places is near to hotel ..rooms are clean ..staff is cooperative Hotel has its own restaurant The Ramayana Restaurant n Cafe Ambience is really cool .. with green theme .. foodv is exceptionally tasty Must visit its different from other cafe ..

Hotel stay was great .. Staff is soo coperative .. The tell us where to visit in ujjain and helps plan our trip. They have vehicles to travel around the city and to Omkareshwar mandir Hotel has its restaurant The Ramayana Restaurant n Cafe..it's food is really delicious .. restaurant interior is great

Worst Experience, Worst place to stay OYO Affiliated Hotel, AC Room Scam, Ac SWITCTED OFF FROM RECEPTION, Pest Control. I visited this hotel on 4 June 2022 and i want to share my experience in below points: 1…OYO AFFILIATED HOTEL— I booked this hotel from GOIBIBO platform and at the time of booking it nowhere it was mentioned that it is OYO Hotel. I come to know after reaching at hotel there are two OYO Affiliated boards on top of hotel. I asked hotel staff also weather it is OYO hotel or not, they said it not. But the way they answered I understood that it is an OYO Hotel. So beware of this. They are hiding this information that it is an OYO Hotel. 2…AC ROOM SCAM— My booking was for AC Deluxe room but i got very disappointed that it is not a deluxe from any angle as room size inappropriate and on top of that AC is not working properly as it is very old ac which they might have purchased from any KABAD Shop and hence there is no cooling effect is. So you have to use fan at full speed through out the stay. 3…AC SWITCHED OFF FROM RECEPTION— This is really terrible thing. They have installed AC on off MCB near reception and they switched off suddenly in mid day. When i went to check at reception then i came to know about this Switch SCAM. I had an argument then only they switched on. 4…POOR PASTE CONTROL— Inside room we noticed what not…Lizards, Ants, Mosquitoes. Inside bathroom Centipedes was there which is really scary and Outdated toilet discoloured sheet was there. Please avoid this place. Thanks.
