Worst hotel. I booked confirm room. After reached hotel they said no room available cancel it. We saw hotel with full of dust and dirty.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. HOPE THE SO CALLED HOTEL SHUTS DOWN ! Let me tell you my experience step by step. CHECK IN SCAM I checked in the hotel at 5pm in the evening. The manager showed me the worst rooms they had for a higher price and clearly told me there aren't any other room available. Once I started to leave suddenly there were 4 more vacant rooms he had. VERIFICATION ISSUES I love to travel and this is the 1st hotel where the manager didn't asked for my aadhar card or any identification, I a not sure what kind of people stays here and how safe your family would be here with unverified people living in the premises. ROOM CLEANING I asked the guy to change the bed sheets as they had some spots and clean the toilet seat. As soon as I lifted the toilet seat there were Reddish BROWN TOILET STAIN MARKS IN THE SEAT and that guy almost cleaned with the toilet brush he used inside the commorde and while leaving he tapped the commord water on the brush on the floor mat!!!! Had to use an entire sanitizer bottle before I could use the toilet. Had to check out at 3am to visit the temple and carry ahead with my journey. I switched on the gyeser and while checking the water temp with my hand I almost got ELECTROCUTED!!!!! As soon as I brought it to the manager's and Hotel owner's notice they told me in a casual tone, ya we knew gyeser had issues since few days and still he gave me the room.. Imagine if there was a little kid instead of a grown adult, he could have DIED !!!! Stay the hell away from this hotel!!!!!

Very worst hotel in ujjain i have stayed. Please guys dnt waste your money as i had wasted. Bcoz room service is very late. AC is not working good. They are charging extra money if we book through online line oyo.... AC is not woking well.. AC is too old nearly about 20years.... Room service is too worst...
