I had a conversation with the staff regarding staying at the property. Initially the response was good but after 10-12 days they raise their property price and demanding for more money. We planned our trip according to the stay but the response was very rude and was not acceptable. The rates were different for married and unmarried couples. Just a small request to the person in charge, not every couple visit to the propety for one thing. My trip ruined because of your rude behaviour.

Worst ever hotel and workers are using bad words and not paying attention towards guests... Not recommended and demand for huge amount 😔🤬🤬🤬

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy. Staff truly welcoming, gentle and helpful. Delicious food. Just a bit far from the city centre but just 10 min walking, so even less by auto or others. Absolutely recommended

Friendly staff,well appointed rooms,had some issues with the AC and the ceiling fan, the restaurant was closed due to Navratri,but they provided bed tea for us

One of the worst hotel I have seen. The staff was so unprofessional.The window slider were broken , the room was not at all clean , we could see hairs on the bedsheet. And oyo guaranteed sanitization before eye and that was a joke they didn't even care to Clean the room. The lift was non functional , the washroom doesn't have gyser , The lights of the room were not working only night lamps were functional. After complaining also room was not changed and at last I had to book another hotel and I neither recieved a refund from oyo.

Hotel was overpriced in terms of the facilities provided. Cleanliness was the biggest issue.The bedsheets were not clean and even torned . Bathrooms were also dirty and the paint was peeling from the walls.

Horrible, the manager is extremely rude, didn't even know how to treat guests. Such a bad experience, just avoid going this hotel as there are many good options available in cheap prices with better services.

Booked in oyo and visited to see rooms. Not recommended. Rooms are small smelly and conjusted space outside. Do go by simply looking from outside view of hotel. My advice to book online don't pay visit hotel see rooms then check in

We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Raj Shikhar, Ujjain during our July visit. We wanted change of room, after we checked in, as the room was not comfortable to stay. They showed us the available options and helped us to choose the good ones. Arranged for food when we reached there at around 12 in the night. The boys there, were very helpful and polite with their service. The location is good. Autos are available in the main road to reach Shri Mahakal Temple. The rooms, bedding and the washroom certainly needs improvement. But not a bad choice to stay, especially for their hospitality.

Best hotel with best services and staff and management is really good and adjusting , feels grateful for the stay .

Very Good Hotel, Staff & Food All Things are Very Good

I was riding towards Ujjain on a very cold night. The receptionist and the manager both were kind enough to make a room available in my budget. Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple is in proximity and the hotel is close to the main road as well. The staff was polite and responsive, food (breakfast) was good and quantity was as per the price. The room was clean and spacious with all features functional. The bath section was average and definitely needs more attention but the washroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to other travellers travelling for Jyotirling and Ujjain visit.

Very good hospitality and nice hotel. Just adequate distance from Mandir. Hotel allowed me to charge my EV for slow charging overnight.

- Hotel was ok, but extremely poor mangement. - Arguing a lot about small amounts. - They give rooms at low prices but then add amounts on silly silly things, like they add charges if someone even visits the room for sometime. They add up charges for person basis, even if you have a kid with you they add up charges for that and arguing to add amount for that. I've booked 12 rooms and few people only stayed for less then 3 hrs, barely even touched anything. They charged me for the whole day. Not even that they argued to add extra amount for a small kid. This hotel has their own policies that's why people barely take this option. Extremely money minded people arguing to add 200-300 for silly silly things. Please explore all the other options before going for this hotel. There are plenty of options here.

It's a good hotel situated within a 2km radius of the Mahakal Temple. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a peaceful sleep. The geyser may not work but hot water facility is available 24x7

Location is very good with peaceful environment. Little away from crowded places, close to Indore road. Ample parking space, food is good & staff is cooperative. Its only 10 minutes drive from Mahakaleshwar temple.

Place is well designed, staff is very humble and helpful. Rooms are decent. Good place if you are looking for something less expensive.

Just Ok. Room is Ok. Location is good. Good parking space . Bathroom filthy. Geyser not working. No food. No complementary mineral water given. Bathroom exhaust not working. Lobby is like cheap guest house lobby.

Only property is fine. Food is average. Housekeeping is a matter where the management/owner needs to look in. Front desk staff is always happy to help

Overall properly maintained, clean wash room, properly made bed,(not neatly washed).A good Hotel for a day or two or in transit stay.
