I have shared my experience the room were neat and clean and staff behaviour is very decent they are very comperative I would suggest you whenever you will plan to go ujjain please stay this hotel you will get all facilities in less price.

As per My 1 times experience, its awesome hotel with all the facilities and its near by mahakal temple, almost distance would be 200 meters only. I would recommend you can book the room directly before 5 to 10 days and you will get cheaper price from online and in comparison to others hotels. The owner is very decent with all the support

The best thing is staff is very kind and cooperative. We arrived early and the room was available so they allowed us to check-in early without hassle. Thank you. We had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

First time stayed in a 1star hotel, but it was a very good experience. 1. Very near to Mandir entrance 10 to 12 steps and Mahakal Mandir in-front of you. 2. They don't have there own restro but they have partner with a hotel serve best quality food. Don't eat from restro nearby mandir they server third quality food and charge you high. 3. Hotel owner is very helping will guide you properly so you doesn’t get cheated. 4. On left of hotel inside gali there us a shop which server best quality kachodi. Must try. 5. Best price and best hotel to stay very close to mandir.

Highly suggest to avoid this hotel as far as possible. The attitude of hotel owner & staff is something like they are doing a favor in giving you the hotel room. Hotel rooms are very small & dirty, the toilets are within the room with no exhaust possible & all bad smell will get into the rooms. Bed sheets given were dirty & with oil & other stain marks. There are plenty of hotels options available within the same location at a lesser cost. Would highly recommend to avoid this hotel.

Must stay in this hotel as the staff and also the owner is really cooperative in terms of early checkin if rooms available or provide alternate room to freshen up, rooms are clean . Also temple is just 2 - 3min walking from hotel. Restaurant is not available in the hotel but you can order food from outside or can walk to any restaurant nearby..Overall experience was great. Rooms are below average in terms of hotel standard. Hotel location is the best thing about this place. Washroom are clean but again it doesn't match the today's standard of hotel management. Little renovation can do the trick as location is perfect. Hope to see some changes next time.

I like the hotel location as this is very close to temple. Hence those who are planning to visit mahakaleshwar and wants to stay near temple in budget, I think this is the perfect place for accommodation. Things are considered while giving review. 1. Location - Near to Mahakaleshwar temple. 2. Hotel entrance is very congested. 3. Friendly staff.

Please do not fall for this hotel. Its one of the worst hotels there with untidy rooms and not even basic hygiene. The photos shared by the owner and displayed on web are misleading, the rooms are extremely small, dirty bedsheets, stinky corridors and unclean toilets. Above all there is no hot water and they claim to have a solar water heater. The owner is rude and not at all accommodating. Do not go by the good reviews as they are not genuine for sure. Do not fall for the low price, just by paying 1k rupees more you will get a 2 to 3 star hotel which is in the same lane close to the temple.

GOOD POINTS :- LOCATION - very close to the mahakaal jyotirlinga. Walkable distance from temple The owner has a good nature. Very courteous. You get hot and cold water for bathing 24/7. A/C works well. BAD POINTS :- Very Dirty - the rooms are not clean , even the bedsheets are torn. It's probably very old , that's why not maintained properly. Very small rooms and price is high for such a low standard room. You can get much better rooms at this price or just by paying a little more.

I made reservations based on reviews. But it was not worthy . Bedsheets were dirty, there was no proper heated water in morning. The room which was shown in personal WhatsApp was different than actual. When you questioned them they will try to prove you wrong or they will there own story. Good thing is it’s near from temple.

We booked the room in 2500 which is not at all worthy. Only best thing about this hotel is its location, its like 100 metres from the temple. But there are many at the location so find a better one. They do not have anything in the hotel, rooms were highly dirty. They do not even provide enough toiletries. And the owner talked rudely when we asked for atleast a small soap. Food comes from a nearby restaurants, they do not even have their own plates or spoons. Beware of the tray that they bring the tea in, seems they have not washed them for years.. They need to highly improve themselves for the tourists who come from far for Mahakaleshwar darshan.

This hotel is very nice , affordable and just walking distance to the Mahakaleshwar temple. The hotel facilities are good and the staff is very prompt in answering and resolving all customer related queries. Prefer to stay at his hotel as the temples, ghats and corridor are all at walking distance. They also arrange cabs for sightseeing and other nearby places at nominal price.

If you're looking for a budget friendly visit, then this place is highly recommended. You can see the temple View from your room. We arrived at 7.30am and the owner was kind enough to provide us an early check-in. Hygiene is of utmost priority to us and was well taken care of it. Neat and clean bedsheets,towels and toilet bathroom. Auto stand is right in front of you so no problems for travelling.

It is not a hotel it's worst than a lodge. Entire building is dirty. Washrooms are smelly and without any ventilation. They don't even bother to take you luggage up even post request, they give some wierd reason They don't have any hospitality. Only benefit is that you are close to the temple

Hotel and hotel staff are very courteous. It is most suitably placed as it is just 100 meters from Mahakal temple. You can book directly by calling hotel reception 5-10 days in advance. We have stayed for two days with family.

The gentleman which I met Mr Mayank ji, very supportive and staf is really very helpful. This was my 5th visit at this hotel along with my family. We stayed here for 2 days and feel the value of Money. Highly recommend. Thanks !

The rooms were neat and clean within reasonable budget. Most importantly just opposite to Mahakal Temple. Prices are value for money.

Location is perfect. Very close to the temples and Ram ghat. The behavior of the staff was good. They were helpful. Cleanliness could have been better. Even the corridor was full with things and stuffs. It was congested.
