The hotel just mind their own business and does not care about their customers. They will give you all kind of promises at the time of booking but when once the booking is done and advance payment made they forget their promises made at the time of booking. They make you wait for hours before providing you rooms in case you have requested for early check-in option. They have their own way of complementary breakfast. Rooms and not clean and unhygienic. TV / lights not working properly. Even after complaining them about the problem no resolution till we checked out. When you try to make them remember of their promises made during booking they staff starts to play blame game. The owner is so arrogant and doesn't now how to talk to customer and says if you are not okay then take back your advance and look for another option after reaching the hotel where if you are with family you land up in trouble at last moment. Many more to add to the list.

Hotel staff is not co operative and not so hospitable. we have booked with 3 extra bed but not given after many times told. Also, extra bed amount not refund and told that you have co ordinate with online team. no any parking facility or support by hotel staff. Be careful when you have to go with family.

Hotel stinks and has leakage all over. Very confused and suffocating location and rooms. No cleaning at all and they are fraud as well, they send fake pictures and take money from you and later fight to return back. It is not a family place to stay so please beware. Very rude staff and do not fall for fake reviews.

Best stay at Baba Mahakaleshwar Mandir Hospitality at its best!!! Food here is too good Must try Missi roti along with tamatar Sev! Mandir is at a 5 min walking distance.

Because of staff behavior I make a booking before 20 days staff name DEEPKA KUMAR and I confirm 2 3 times from Mr Deepak regarding my booking its confirm or not but after every times he said that booking Is confirmed but when I reached hotel he denied to check in when I contact hotel owner he said there is no booking with your name , I replied that I have confirmation voice recording and whts up message also but they also denied due to heavy rush in Ujjain and so they denied my booking after some times they give room to another higher amount to someone else

Hotel locations is near to mahakal temple . But no vehicle enter to hotel . Services was terrible, need improvements. Rooms is good but AC is not working properly in all Rooms. Restaurant is costly n food was terrible. Don't eat in here.

Reached Hotel via Friend's recommendation. Located 200 meters from Mahakaleshwar Temple and Less than 2 Kms from Ujjain Railway station. Well known amongst rickshaw valas( tuk tuk), so charges are negotiable for rides from railway station to the location. The staff is extremely well mannered and welcoming. The stay was completely comfortable and elevator service is available for Aged people. The rooms are clean and tidy. You get room services and personal effects material for your stays. Do try out lunch or dinner at their Restaurant, quite underrated. food is tasty and delicious. Do try out their Poori-Bhaji, Onion Paratha, Aloo Paratha and Chole Bhature for sure.

Hotel, staff, restaurant are very good. Room was spacious, neat and clean. However, approach and location (area through which you have to walk to hotel) are very bad. At the max, autos can reach the Hotel, that too with a great difficulty.

Reaching this hotel is bit challenging specially if you are carrying too much luggage. Otherwise location is the USP of this property. Temple is just a minute away.

Hotel is 3 stars? Huh? It's not even worthy of being called as a 3 stars hotel! The service is sooo poor! The locality is not easy to be found. The rent is really not justifying the service! Just imagine to live in a room where you'll get poor connection + no proper air ventilation + no AC/fan at night in summer! OMG! It's freaking me out! The worst hotel i have visited in my whole life! Also, there is no wifi, no proper service for food, no package etc. It is just mentioned by them but not available in reality! Cheap hotel.

This was my worst experience with this hotel, zero no. to hospitality, zero no. to management and cleanliness. If you'll order something the staff will have the first sip then your chance will come. Hi All, I booked a room for two days. Pathetic room services 1) When I enter in the room, lot of dust on all the corners of the room. 2) Bathroom was not clean and stinking. 3) Staff is the worst part, after telling them a few times to clean the bathroom no one turns out. 4) Next day no one came to clean the room. Though I told them to clean, Sahil always says it will be done. 5) Night staff and reception are the worst, they should be taught the way to speak. 6) Hardly you find anyone in the restaurant. I order Tea, and surprisingly one person came with Tea, inside the cup and they never thought to close it with a lid so dust does not fall. On top of it, that guy is having a broom on the other hand. 7) They never update you that the restaurant is closed on Sunday. I requested that they can give me a kettle so that I can get the Tea/Coffee for my family. Sahil told we don’t have it. The day before I have seen they have a kettle outside of some of the room. 8) At 12:00 PM I asked can they serve TEA and my room, and they told me to come down and drink. 9) Auto guys hesitate to go to a hotel because they need to pass a narrow street

The behavior of the hotel staff is not proper towards the customers. The behavior of the receptionist is also not proper. Room rent cannot be negotiated, the rent remains the same. Rooms are not cleaned on time. The food in the restaurant is good but the behavior of the receptionist is not proper, room charge has to be paid separately for ordering food and drinks in the room. The overall rating points from 2 to 3.

This hotel is good. Staff behaviour is very polite and friendly they will help you in every possible way to make you comfort. They will give you 2 blanket, towels and other bathroom amenities, though if you expect luxury then surely this is not the perfect place for you, this is only for people who want comfort and easily accessible from jyotirlinga. The distance from Ujjain junction would be around 2 kms you can walk from there.

wrost experience till now, hotel is located in middle of Street very difficult to find . Most important thing cab or four wheeler cannot go inside or till gate of hotel. Not at all supportive , i booked 3 bed deluxe room . it doesn't have landline to call of room service or receiption. Bathroom doesn't have gyeser . charging point doesn't work. Have carry your luggage in and out by yourself . Rude behaviour of staff. Try to loot you in main of darshan and cab service

Guys do not book this hotel at all. They take the amount and then they will tell you that the account you have paid the amount to is not their account. They are frauds . I had paid Rs 1300 and they refused the booking saying the upi I'd is not theirs

Super food and total value for money. Rarely does one get food of such superb quality at mouth watering prices. Food is made fresh, on order, so it tastes even better. Almost like home food.

Good Hotel nice rooms & service only issue is no appropriate parking place, can't take your car up to Hotel. Otherwise nice hotel good rooms & very near to MAHAKAL Temple .

Overall experience was good, rooms were spacious but linen is not fresh, bathroom were not so in good condition. But their food is good just like home cooked food. Location is near to Main templates but bit inside in gali. Staff is normal.
