Service is bit lax, rooms are good, could increase the cleanliness, all rooms are fitted with Western toilets only. Toilet/Bathroom is small. 2 bed rooms are spacious, 3 bed are bit cramped. Have a parking space for 2 as well as 4 wheelers. Location is bit interior. Pricing is high for the facilities which are bieng provided. No resturent facility within the hotel but have collaboration with annapoorna.

They not providing room service as they commit to for room service of 24 hours at the time of check in.and also not providing Housekeeping services and thet charge for extra bed and didn't provide the same. Also the behaviour od staff is rude.

This hotel deserves a zero star review due to the lack of hygiene. The service was very poor and unsatisfactory. The bedsheets were extremely dirty and unwashed, there were black marks all over the sheets. The blanket was even worse, it had a huge yellow stain. Pillow covers were ripped. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. The hygiene in the room was very poor. Even the staff behaviour was no where near humane. For instance, when we called the reception for soap, the staff member just threw the bar of soap through the door and walked away like some wild animal. We also ordered a towel with the soap but they never gave it to us. They have no interest or concerns in any compliants they receive from customers. Overall this hotel is horrible and I would not recommend.

No maintenance Even after 24hrs. AC will be there but it won't work. Beds are not clean. We could see dust on white comforter and bed. No cleaning at all

If could i give it - stars .....it very rud not accepting oyo booking , demanding extra amount . If this the last option than find an bus or train and go back to your home,or indoor

Worst hotel ever in Ujjain near mahakaleshwar, staff behavior is very rude, they keep increasing price of rooms, also they don’t have registered GST no. Very poor service. The rooms were I cleaned, AC don’t work geysers doesn’t work.

Useless hotel. No facilities. Leakage in washrooms, flush not working, extremely dirty bedsheets and pillows. Infact the manager is a senseless person. I booked it to stay with my family. But since we didn't find the rooms to be higenic, so have to cancel my booking. Please go through the reviews before booking, otherwise even there could be chances that even you will have to cancel the booking, once you arrive.

Good hotel to stay near mahakaleshwar temple but staff's behaviour is not satisfactory

Room Quality was better , washroom was also not good, room service was not good and no arrangement for food service at the hotel , and it's location is somewhat 1-2 km away from railway station at a quiet place. Manager was also not cooperative and only cash payment no online payment option was there.
