Staff don't know how to behave with customers,worst experience ever with this hotel.they are thief firstly they trep you after that charge wrongly with you so plz dont go for it

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.. I'm not adding any photos as the one's posted by the hotel are the same as the hotel is :) The staff is very polite.. Cleanliness levels are 10/10.. the location is near to Mandir... I would definitely recommend this to everyone.. Thanks a lot to the staff for making our stay so pleasant :)

Not even worth a single star.The staff behaviour is so rude and creepy.The hotel ambience is so bad and rotten smell is everywhere.Strongly NOT Recommended.

so dirty ,no food facility , washroom is so dirty, no any facility there no hygine.i stay 1 night just for temple and they even not have tea facility ...

Rooms are not very clean. Service is also Ok. Accomodation manageable for 1 - 2 days max.

The hotel is decent. It has ample parking space. Hotel is at walking distance from Ram ghat (Shipra River) where you can take the holy bath. So it is overall a good deal if you are coming for darshan and need a room for 5-6 hrs and have to keep your luggage for the time being.

A nice and comfortable place with 500mts proximity to temple. Its quite walkable distance and the room space is good enough to accommodate 3-4 people with extra bed or mattress.The service was quite good.

Hotal was good but some improvement is required, such as improve room facilities as per 2500per day.

Hote is average. But near mahakal temple around 500m. This hotel has car parking also.

Worst experince staff dont know how to behave with customers

Worst experience. We booked it just to take bath. They charged 2000 rupees. And counter boy took money in two different accounts. Bathrooms were too dirty and rooms stink a lot. I don't think they have even heard of mold treatment.

Getting a room is itself a hectic task, the rickshaw owner himself took us to this hotel, it was decent stay there. Family friendly hotel. The hotel owner is mahakal temple's priest.

They need more professional and trained people to deal with guests, too slow service if you ask for water you will not get until you call them again for the same and rooms were not as per the price they charged.

A very good place to stay about 600 meters away from the steps to Mahakaleswar Jyotirlingam Temple. Nice big rooms, 24 hr water supply, geyser and conditioner available as per seasonal needs. Silent place to rest. Had a good sound sleep after a 1400km travel by road. Parking available but limited. Ensure you let the Hotel know if you need one. Car wash available at Rs.100/-
