Very bad experience I have done booking through my agent. And online payment has been done online then also they don’t booked my rooms after reaching there they said no booking of my name and denied to give me rooms after showing them online payment photo at the end I have to book another hotel paying them more money on time. And after talking to locals told me that there is new trend of frauding coustomers who have booked online rooms. Very very very bad experience in my whole life. Remember hotel name:sajan palace Never ever book this hotel it’s my humble request.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

It's a best place for staying while your visit. Rooms condition are outstanding.service is extremely good. And location is also superb. I will always recommend fot my all tto for Mahakal .

I have a worst experience there, they cancel my booking without any information, and when I reached they said sorry for that.. So I won't recommend any one

I recently visited this hotel in April 2023. Just wanted to write that the reviews which are not good are old reviews which also made me think about the hotel. But after having a talk with the owner I visited the hotel. The hotel is nice, rooms are nice and clean. Location is also good. Please don't go by reading previous reviews. Those are old reviews. Now things have changed and any problem you can talk to hotel owner Luv bhaiya. I can recommend to visit this hotel.

It was such a pleasant and good experience to stay in the sajan palace..the room was big and clean..very well satisfied with this hotel especially thanks to ayush jaiswal and the co staff members..they were very polite and helpful.

The room was very dirty & was smelling bad. Service was slow. Even if we ignore the service part, cleaniness can not be ignored. Bedsheets, pillowcover, door, bathroom, toilet, tap & floor everything was sticky & dirty. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

The rooms are very congested and the washrooms are not clean. Fully disappointed not worth paying Rs 3000 for a night at all. Had chosen due to proximity to temple but it’s better to choose better hotels which may be far away from temple.

My old grandparents went a couple of months back. They had a booking through Oyo and had everything prepaid. They were made to wait from 5 am in the morning until half past 1 in the afternoon. They wouldn’t give the room unless they paid more money. Only after the assistance from a lovely couple from Delhi and the police they finally let them in. Never visit this place. They’ve no respect for anything and make even the elderly suffer.

Not good. Rooms are too congested and dirty. Service quality extremely poor. Toilet are not in condition to use. I will never recommend for stay at there. Not able to give even a single star.

Do not book this hotel at all, they book it first, when you reach the room booking date, you will feel that you will not be able to give the room so much. If you come from outside then this hotel is not right at all. There were 2 people with me, this happened with them too, these people asked for more money from them…👎

I really loved the service and behaviour of staffs there. The rooms justifies the booking amount. Mahakal temple is only 250 m from this hotel, only backdrop is the entrance road which is not accessible by car.

Terrible Service, booked hotel through Oyo and then denied the payment and booking saying that the payment was lesser than the rate, ultimately not providing a room neither a refund.

Very very bad service. After checking i have to call for to clean washroom. When I call to reception they don't pick i have to go the reception for cleaning the washroom. They ignore when I asked for water i have to go again to reception then after that they send water 2 hours later. Ac was also not working. Don't do there save money book another place.

Terrible experience. Pathetic hotel. Even though you book online through Oyo or other apps and websites, they don't provide rooms. They deny rooms and ask you to speak to the Oyo guys or customer center of booking site. Rooms are pathetic. No hygiene and cleanliness maintained. Pics shown online and actual rooms have nig difference. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Only advantage is it's close to temple. But still a big No to anyone travelling with family.
