The worst experience till date of my life in a hotel. Staff and the owners too are very very rude and can go to any extent when it comes to talking or behaving. I had a 3 days plan to stay in ujjain but i left this hotel in just one day and went to freeganj for better accommodation. All and all in you are planning ujjain trip then go and stay at freeganj madhav nagar. You will get the far more better hotels at almost the same price with good service and well behaved staff. And this particular hotel sangam palace.... Don't go even if someone's offering you free stay there.

Didn't take a room but the staff was very rude. I went with a friend and they refused to give a room saying they don't allow friends to stay together. Very narrow minded people. I would really recommend to not stay there.

Decent Budget Hotel. Best locality and wonderful ambience out side hotel. The only problem is the rooms, they are small in size and not maintained well.

Charging too much for like 2500 Rs. AC is not working need to call someone they will start. Then no TV in room, a highly compact room in which you have 2 side walk and your double bed takes the whole space. Room extension not working you need to go from 3rd floor to down ground floor. Room service doesn't respond even for water. Maybe the time I reached was very full with visitors and no hotel rooms are available. But atleast if you are charging provide amenities or amenities are not available then reduce the charge. From look around to hotel it is manageable but not managed properly. Else JAI MAHAKAAL 🙏. Hum to darshan karne gaye the aur karle, thanks and gratitude for providing the room. Hotel maybe rated 1 star but 2 star for helping when no rooms available.

Very bad. Bad smells in rooms and bed. Parking is also very narrow opening with sewage water there. Don't go there.

ONE WORD - PATHETIC! This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We booked two rooms for our family and stayed for just one night. The rooms had a bad smell, were really dirty, and looked like no one had been in there for ages. The bathroom locks barely worked. It was a terrible experience.

All things are very bad hotel rooms, no exhaust in bathroom, no any service for any requirements also for drinking water.

Dirtiest hotel ,I ever seen . Stay on your on risk 🤮. Owners was sitting at the counter when we complained. But he don't care 🖕🏼. They mentioned online as a hotel .But it look like a pig house. If anyone wanna stay there pls go check there rooms and bathroom 🤢🤮.

Rooms are good but not maintained proper hygiene blanket was dirty and not properly cleans floor and bath

Rooms very standard won't recommend... A hotel known a hotel nandi (nearby) is much better and is also available at same price

Do not call the number which is there on the images for booking. Its fraud. They will ask you to send money on phone pay and then they will vanish. Hotel is not aware of it. Do your booking from official websites

Best and good place to stay in ujjain, which is too near to the ujjain jyotirlinga temple.

Rooms were Small but the service was quite good

Very small and crammed room for the price they quote(price not fixed, can bargain). Maintenance could be better as small cockroaches are seen. Only positives are walkable distance from Mahakaleswar temple and AC worked fine throughout.
