Worst hotel in my life. Here I would give -5 in star if there was an option. The hotel staff did not even know the meaning of hospitality. I had booked 6 rooms and confirmed in the message that early check-in will be available. But when we reach the hotel, the staff says you will have to wait. I said I have 20 people with me and there is a lot of luggage. Give us a room. But we had to wait for 3-4 hours and then when we got the rooms, they were dirty rooms. Washrooms were not clean. Neither dental kit, soap, towel was nothing. Pillows and bed sheets are completely dirty. Room wall dirty. The staff does not know how to treat the guest. So please do not stay at this hotel. Do not book in the greed of being near the temple. You will have more options.

Won't call it a good experience for sure, Would give it - 2 on some aspects. Major issues, super impolite room service call responder ,who doesn't understand any hospitality unwelcoming and not a lively reception. Calling for a jug a water everytime takes 20-25 mins and if you recall after observing this delay the third time, the stupid answer you get back is "We have 49 rooms and it takes time". So I guess we can really understand how poor the experience of this hotel could be. They cannot manage the number of rooms they have and shamelessly shouting back at their customer with attitude. The staff who actually brings service to the room is good, polite and helpful, but the reception is disappointing and unwelcoming and room service call responder is absolute impolite and inhospitable portion of staff. Room, washroom quality is ok and cleanliness is quite good in my experience. But room did not had even a small window, so may give the feeling of dungeon. Nor the washroom has an exhaust, so it becomes very humid and warm in bathroom. Linens and towels were clean. But they do not check the washrooms properly, if everything is as expected. Basin was getting choked in my case. And for the amount they charge, they don't have wifi or breakfast included, definately overpriced. Luckily electronics, specially air conditioner and fan both were working good. Hot water was also available. The place cannot offer a car parking, unless it starts blocking a road even if the street was not pedestrian only. It is indeed very very near to mandir so good for anyone who doesn't expect much service or is more of self serviced but just want to visit the temple quickly. Could have still avoided writing this point and was thinking of giving 2 star but the attitude of some key staff members or first responders actually made me give an honest review. I must say it was a pathetic stay... We booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were stinking as if they were closed for very long... No cross ventilation available in either of the two rooms. No room service available and even the service boys will be of full attitude... Common toilet beside restaurant is stinking like anything... The hotel is way expensive and if you decide to stay a little far from the temple you will get very good hotel in the same budget... They are charging extra just because of their location which is actually very close to the Mahakaal Temple... But being close to temple is disappointing because of heavy crowd all the time without parking for which you have to rely on other private parking available at different places...

Good hotel. Very near mahakal mandir. Nice rooms. You get 24 hrs hot water for bath. The hotel has it's own restaurant which serves veg food. Food is good and reasonably priced. The hotel is on a street where you get good street food. Rooms are clean and tariff is value for money.

Bad place. Rude person at reception. Simply looting. Damo and stunky rooms. All plaster off the walls. Still charges well.

Arrongant staff at reception. We were treated very rudely. They are quoting higher then ongoing prices. Toilet was very bad and doesn't clean properly after flush. Rooms were very small with no ventilation. No fresh air. NO value for money. Not recommended.

Location is perfect, You can just walk down the stairs and be in market. Rooms are bit small, but clean. As we visited in winters, best catch was 24*7 Hot water availability. Staff is co-operative.

Worst hotel I have seen throughout my life. They charged for the breakfast in which they include only one parantha. They charged for extra parantha and curd. How one can done breakfast with one small parantha. Dacoits

The location is apt as it's close to temple gate 1, early in the morning you can get hot breakfast on the street in front of the hotel.as it's close to the temple you can shop for Prasad and other small gifts from the shops. Looks like most of the rooms don't have windows hence the people who like the breeze in the room might be disappointed but it's a good stay if you are out most of the time. Room service is good with no delays.

Best part of the hotel is that it is located very near to MAHAKAAL TEMPLE.

Worst service…staff cacelled our booking after two hours of paying them advance for the room, stating that the room was already booked three months back and they missed the booking.

Superb location. Reasonable tariff. Good food in restaurant. But no toiletries. Overall good choice if you stay here for visiting Mahakaleshwar jyotirling

Rooms were not as shown in images, walls full of seepage, room service is poor.only in emergency please consider.

Rooms are good. Location is 200 meter from Mahkaleshwar main mandir. Staff are supportive & helpful.immediate Wi-Fi shared. Hot water all time.

It is very close(walking distance) to the Mahakal mandir. Pack light as vehicles are not allowed here. Food was decent and fulfilling.

Food was awesome. But room fair is little on higher side. One more thing if you want hotel tea tell them half hour before it takes always time as per experience. Rest all good.

Rooms are too small, service is okay no offered welcome water botel instead they provide you normal water jug, and location is very good near to Mahakaleshwar temple.

The only good part about the hotel is location. Room is ok( kind of bad actually, ok compared to other hotels in the area). Service is the worst part. We were given a room in which commode seat was broken and jet was also not working properly, when i complaint they told that yes they know about it and spare parts are not available.🤦

Worst hotel experience ever!! Room was awful. It was not cleaned properly. While booking they gave us complimentary breakfast but when we asked for breakfast they gave us one parantha and when we asked for more they said it will be charged. The customer service was extremely disappointing as the staff was rude the entire time when we brought up the issue. The hotel was not worth the money. Do not book this hotel.

Perfect Location to stay Walkable to Mahakal Mandir. Room is great clean and hygiene. Still don check room before stay. Service is excellent day shift guy is a complete gentlemen. Perfect family stay can book this Hotel. Near to all Veg Resturant which are famous.

Hotel Staff is not professional. First They will force you for the taxi or other services and once you agreed they will charge additional charges without updating and if you deny to pay they abusive and use faul language. Personal experience in 2021 and July'2022.

Room service is very bed and room clear is not good. I am personal sessions don't hiring room for 1 hours. When I was hotel manager pls refund my deposit so he told me we are not given deposit and if are u not comfortable in room so u can leave this hotel.

Staff is very arrogant, no proper service, if you want to continue stay in another day, they will ask for more money. Very bad experience.
