Worst hotel. Lot of bedbucks in bed but manager not allowing to change room enen though property is empty. smelling bathroom

Third class service, no hot water for bath. We requested for hot water and they keep saying the hot water will come in 10 minits and after 10 minit again same answer. I have waited 30 minit for hot water and at the end I only have cold water option. Not providing towel and shop etc. Also no cleaning the hotel rooms are smelling bad. Even if I have requested for room cleaning when I was going out then they said yes cleaning will be done but when I came the room was not cleaned. Overall it's worst

This hotel is at walking distance from the Mahakal temple. Rooms were good. Hotel staf was quite professional.

Worst Worst Worst.. Very very poor service -Uncleaned rooms, toilets, bed sheets. Very scary to get in during covid time. -Impolite staff who always talks like some kind of dadagiri, don't even deliver a bottle of water to a new guests. -None of the AC's either don't work or broken.. -Our package includes breakfast that i paid during booking but we never get that. - No one from hotel even bothers... -Some rooms have broken toilets & broken fan regulators. So in all its extremely pathetic service We checked in via Makemy trip on 1 Oct, explained all the above issues to them and they promised some adjustments / refunds and I m yet to check that.

My experience wasnt very good here. The bed lining were dirty. When asked to change, they said they had no more fresh ones. Old towels were given which had holes in them. No toiletries either, just two small soaps were given. Washrooms could have been better. Had to go down to reception area to get things arranged multiple times. The food in the restaurant was good.

Cheap service ,worst hotel I hav ever seen in my life.unhygenic,rude staff. AC rooms r converted in non AC rooms. Belfast service was not there even we had paid for brfast.i would say no one plan for that hotel in ujjain.dining hall was too dirty

Booked room through Oyo but they clearly denied and asked for cash payment claiming they have payment issues with Oyo. Provided room after 40 minutes taken for cleaning but found dirty used bedsheet. We ask to change it but staff couldn't change in the whole day saying that all are in laundry. We visited Mahakaal Darshan in the noon and came back in the evening, we find so many cockroaches everywhere. Vacated room near 11 to catch train to Delhi. Seriously, not a good place to stay.

Cleaning condition is very poor, staffs are not responding properly. Even lift is not working. Service are very limited, Issues in Bathroom, Hot water was not provided during morning time. We don't expect this type of service from OYO

Nice, well maintained and almost with all facilities. Staffs are well trained and behaved.

Room was big but was not clean. Electricity at hotel was a big problem. Bedsheet n towel were full of stains. Since it was just to freshen up n move out of city on same day thus we adjusted somehow.
