Do not stay here. No hot water provided. No cleaning room ,used bad sheets and blankets provided.Also staff behaviour rude. Best to stay at dharmshala but not here. Please do not west your money in this silly hotel.

Bad experience, don't visit in this hotel. No room service, zero management. Dirty rooms.

It is the near by indore gate , breakfast is tasty The food here is very good and tasty. One more thing here is that I get more free to parking my car. The network here is very fast with WiFi and it is also free so it is good and together here . which is having breathing problem or there was no problem in staying to here because the also provided air conditioner. The rooms here are very nice. Looks beautiful and the light is also very good and here.The living room is very good and the bed here is very smooth and very comfortable.

The hotel facilities were quite good, here are some of the points that I mentioning briefly about the hotel. 1. Hotel staff is very cooperative. 2. Cleanliness is up to the mark. 3. Service on demand is also good. 4. The service of Atithi Restaurant was relatively slow, the taste of the food in the Restaurant was not so good but it is ok. 5. I want to extend my checkout time to 4-5 hours but they asked me for complete day charge, due to high demand on that time. 6. The hotel is at a walking distance of around 200m from Railway station. 7. The Mahakaleshwar Temple is around 2Km from the hotel and the auto charged us ₹ 50. Overall experience is quite good.

They are fraudster, they enlist their property at a lower price and after booking the room once u arrive they wud deny the room on the price they enlisted saying their rooms are worth more than that ,where one can easily figure out their worth seeing the broken tiles and sofa and plants filled with dust n discoloured in their receiption area itself

Worst experience, no room service, worst receiving , rude behaviour of front office people actually I ordered for regular water they got but in that house flyesand mosquitoes, towels are worst smell no provided shaving n dental kit and also no good bath soap also only Nirma toilet soap they provided, even shampoo also they don't provided. This is worst experience. I feel very sad with booking partner.

Cheap rooms unhygienic pathways no hospitality cleanliness zero don't stay here

Don't Go with the Name. Nothing Royal in this Hotel. If you want to waste your money just book your room here I want to give zero rating but it's not available. Cleaning is zero No warm water for drinking and hot water to take a bath is available inside the room. No room service. Anytime you need anything you have to visit the reception You have to carry buckets full of hot water to your own room. If you ask for drinking water they will give you bottles on based basis irrespective of the room amount. If you book the hotel tgrough offline mode they will ask you for payment as soon as possible.

Recently our tour operator has booked the hotel for is but sorry to say that we had very worst experience.Rooms as well as toilets were not properly cleaned.No wifi.Taps at bathroom wash basin was broken and spray jet was not working.All our complain was gone to vain. Air conditioner control at front desk and no communication saurce was given at room to talk with front desk.Each time you have to go to down to ground floor for your any requirement or service. Very worst

Comfortable stay at very reasonable rates. We stayed at this hotel for a night and felt our choice was excellent. We've booked the rooms online through a third party Application on very reasonable rates for 6 people. The room service and in-room facilities were so good. They own a restaurant also that can offer very vast menu of food preparations from Morning Breakfast to Late Night Dinner. A quite good option for stay at Ujjain for 1 Or 2 nights.
