We tried food here. The food quality is so poor. Service is worst I ever had in my life. The food quality is better in other veg restaurant at Ujjain. Don't waste your time and money here.

Too much costly, rude staff, dirty and congested rooms, tv not working ac not working. Nobody from the staff is ready to help. Worst experience. Plus if you book online. They will show less prices and free breakfast facility. But in reality they will not provide it.

Too much of spicy food, we order special thali, maneer, daal n alu matar all was too spicy too much chilli & serve thandi tandoori roti, you know how easy to eat thandi tandoori roti, on curd and sweet gulab jamun was very good, so i will 1 out of 10.

The hotel is very over priced given the features, quality and overall experience. Rooms are dirty, service is super poor and it seems like a complete rip off. The only good thing is the proximity to the mahakal temple.

We went there twice during our visit at Ujjain. Would surely recommend for its food, hygiene, quick service and courteous staff. Food quality was good and tasty. You have wide variety of cuisines to choose from.

Great place to eat, I've one of the best food here, it is also situated in the middle of the market, and also has good atmosphere and service.

Pathetic food experience I ever had in my life....we ordered aloo sabzi n poori,which was disaster...too much oil n spicy sabzi with thick n un-cooked pooris....Even Street food would be a better choice...food was looking like stale ...staff was also very rude and uncultured..highly disappointed.....never recommend this so called restaurant to anybody...

It was a very poor and a pathetic stay . With untrained staff and insects and cockroaches in room.. Room are small in size with too high tariff of rs 3500 for double bed without any complementary breakfast. Commision is fixed with autorickshaw drivers even food rate are high as compared to other.

Overall very bad experience. Hotel as well as restaurant service was very bad.we ordered dosa and chola batura but dosa they have pit big big pieces of allu in it we replace it then they give a bowl of crushed potatoes which was also very bad and chola batura was full of oil. So if you want to waste your money as well as taste they go for it otherwise my opinion worst restaurant all over Ujjain. If there was negative star then i will prefer that.Never thought to go to this restaurant.

Hotel was too much expensive, one room for 3500 , it’s too much , in this money we can go for any 5 star hotel , jis room me hum ruke usmese smell aarhi the , there was no ventilation, bhot congested jgh bna hua h , only advantage is its is near to temple but I don’t think so spending this much amount for this is logical, as we can take a good 5 star hotel and spend some rupes on auto to reach temple , food was good , and only thing i like was there tea , that was excellent. They should make prices cheaper

Excellant Restaurant near Mahakaal mandir. Great variety of food, wide timings and fabulous quality of dishes. Well mannered staff and quick service. Loved eating at this place

Very unprofessional team. Cockroaches everywhere in room. Hotel is also running by another name Hotel Anroute or something. Hotel Manager has nothing to do with complaints and very bad attitude. He seats on reception and order his team. I tried to raise my complaint to him but his attitude was making me more furious.

Good hotel, walking distance from mahakaal temple and about 10-15mins away from the railway station. They have their own restaurant, which is good. 👍I stayed here with my daughter and did not had to worry about our safety. Clean, hygienic, courteous staff.

very bad behavior by staff members, ac isn’t working , they didn’t provide remote with it , and there hot water tape isn’t working, also they didn’t solve the problem. Food was bad too , they didn’t bake chapati properly. High prices with bad facilities.

Rooms are very nice but price is high, Rs. 4500 for 3 bed room (one single bed one double bed). Reasonable distance from Sri Mahakaleshwar temple. Foods taste are okay.

Pathetic hotel, extremely rude and arrogant staff, overpriced food, electricity issues and no cleanliness at all. For name sake it is a hotel otherwise it is a dharamshala no one is bothered or would help if u need any. This is a pretty popular restaurant on this road and the quality and service was not the best but it was ok. There is always a rush here and in the holiday season expect a waiting time of around 60 to 90 minutes. According to the traffic and popularity the taste of food was ok. could not be praised much. Overall experience was ok. food and service were ok. waiting times were horrible. In this particular area this can be said as one of the good restaurants at least. there are some better and some way worse than this. so this sits kind of on the middle ground.

So zero star for service and quality they are providing very pathetic food at very high cost. They are fooling in the name of Gujarati thali. No gujrati dish in that so called Gujarati thali. Rates are very expensive. They are making fool of the people's who are coming here you have to wait for both food and your turn for getting seats. If you are hungry and need good food please don't visit here. And the food is unhealthy also. The quality of oil and food products are not good also.

DO NOT book a room here,strongly not recommended and don’t trust the photos of room and bathroom given in description, they are not true. We booked a hotel room for Rs 4500/- a day for triple occupancy. The bathroom door was not closing, no room service in mrng since their main focus is only on the profit from restaurant and we had to go to nearby hotels for even tea. Food here is just full of red chilli,not for a normal person. Absolutely pathetic hotel.

Google should provide zero rating for such service provider. The staffs of hotel are careless about customer. I ordered a special thali which costs 220 rupees but it's not worth 100rupees they are compromising in every aspect weather it's quality or quantity.. Dal was also stale. If you want to eat a peaceful environment and worthy food then don't visit here .

Service wise it's good, but a little bit costly, we took room for a few hours, morning check in 8 am and evening 5 pm check out, paid rs 2000. I personally feel it was costly, rooms are very small. But the service and location is good. The temple is just 10-12 min away from the hotel. They have their own restaurant also. So if you don't bother about money then you can try, it's good

Ujjain's famous restaurant. Ask any autowala and they will recommend you this restaurant and though not fancy, it turned out to be really great. Good taste and quality.

It is situated at Gudri Chouraha, Ujjain and near Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. It takes only nine minutes to reach Baba Mahakal Mahadev temple. All essential shops are near by. They provide complementary breakfast with Singara, Kachauri, Jilabi, Poa, Alu Paratha, Masla dosa, Veg sandwich, Idli , tea or coffee etc. It is delicious and tasteful. It's a clean hotel. Thier behaviour is good. It is humbly mentioned here that room's wall painting has been discoloured. According to charge of the hotel, this should be maintained properly.

I will not recommend this restaurant and hotel. The restaurant's entry seems to be nice....You will think that you are going to have a nice meal...In the very next minute you will feel shattered as you taste the food. Poori and aalu ki sabzi was not good at all... It was pathetic....Too much oil....No aroma...No AC.....No good service at all... The waiter may ask you for a certain amount without presenting the bill...The staff's behaviour was not good....They were treating us like they were serving for free.. I am giving 1 star since 0 is not available...

The hotel is clean. The rooms are hygienic. Washrooms are clean. The location of the hotel is great, quite near to the Mahalal Temple. The restaurant is nice and the food tastes great.

We visited this place for second time to have lunch. I had tried their food previously so I convinced my family and friends to have lunch here. But to my surprise this restaurant has turned to disaster. Staff behavior was like we were beggars. We were group of 11 persons and all of us tried their special thali and gujarati thali which had same cost. Only one person asked for extra dal they charged for that too. They provided 44 roties together with 11 thali. Very hard and thick roties became rubber in no time. They charged 200 per thali and plus gst extra. This wasn't a worth to visit them. My group was disappointed with me after they had lunch here on my words. Will never visit them again.

Good experience. Parking is slightly away. Food is awesome. Do a booking with complimentary breakfast, you will love it.

Food is average ,, overall 3 out of 5. Some staff's are arrogant and little unresponsive. Rating for Service : 1 out of 5 Also need to wait for sometime to get table for restaurant. Waiting area is fine, it's having sitting arrangement.

Only service are good, food is OK, Room was dirty, bed sheet and quilt was torn, old and dirty aswell and very overpriced 5500 for 3rd class room and they said it's a discounted price otherwise it would cost 6500. It was guest house not the hotel room.

Hotel Satyug is a good hotel for families. Very near to Makaal temple. They have their own restaurant, too. Staff is polite. Room size moderate. Food is good. Rates are little higher. Only problem is this hotel is in the market place. Very conjusted and noisy. Traffic jam always.

We visited the restaurant for dinner. Firstly we have to wait in waiting area as it was all full. But our number closely arrived and the food was so tasty. We have ordered full thali which was of ₹200 and it was quite worth it.

Nice restaurant to have good tasty food and snacks. We had gone around 8:30 but still dosa items were available. Proper seating available on 1st floor. Paneer bhurji and butter tawa roti was very tasty. The mango lassi was also also yummy

Hotel Satyug is a good hotel for families. Very near to Makaal temple. 10 Minutes walking distance. Staff is polite. All staff Room service boys to Manager are excellent and highly cooperative. Room size moderate. Food quality is not good. Taste is average. Rates are little higher.

Delicious and fresh food. Customer friendly. Good service. Must try golgappe there 🙈 I still can't wait to go there again only for that.

Very poor restaurant we have ever tried. We have ordered Thali of Rs. 200, all the dishes were worst in taste. One cheese pizza (Rs. 120) which is also useless and one vegetable noodles which was our mistake to order for Rs. 100. Oonchi dukaan pheekey pakwaan is the best tag for them. There are many good nearby restaurants which are not popular by name but their taste is better better than this Satyug restaurant. Never suggest to go with horrible experience.

Clean hotel in Ujjain. Washroom was also clean. TV was available in room. Walking distance to mahakaleshwar temple. Staff service were also good. They support for carrying luggage. It was great deal.

Too much costly. The charges are almost Double. Better not stay here. There are many same facility hotel in ujjain and they are very economical and they charge almost half the price of Satyug Hotel.. Location is best but too costly.

Located in congested area . Close to Mahakaal temple approx 500 meters.All staff Room service boys to Manager are excellent and highly cooperative. Food is super tasty. Breakfast was not wide spread but what ever they served was very good in taste. Loved their Food.

Worst food service, food was tasteless and not a worth penny and more over so expensive.. better to visit some other place or have Street foods
