I booked this hotel via its mobile number. I transferred money in advance but they tried to do fraud with me and asked to transfer extra money in name of receipt. When denied they abused and blocked me. They also didn't transferred the money back. The mobile number is fake and please be aware while booking.

once you stay here, you will get 10 level up on your patience level. you will also realise that owners r not human, they r literally yamraj. they wont listen, they wont agree to whatever you want to say, they will strictly stay by their holy manual of rules. if u r lucky, you will be given 0.000001% (max) of discount also,try ur luck & b lucky (we were so much lucky that we got -0.0000000000001% disc) so plz come and experience luxurious stay.

Hi guys I am from Bangalore and I visited this Bhavan on 12/8/22. Which is located 400mts away from Ujjain Main temple. 1) Its a walkable distance to temple. 2) Rooms will be given at 10am only. If not available 3) people will guide correctly and they are helpful. 4) Rooms are spacious with hot water 24hrs. 5) But little bit cleaning is required inside the rooms because lots of hairs will present.

Rooms are ok ok as there were mosquitoes in the room with no lock in washroom and no television...but location is good...u can walk for 5-7 mins for mahakaleshwar temple

Be away from this agarwal bhawan in ujjain no 1 scammer name of person rakesh no 1 fraud scam with customer Rs 2000 scam done with me two days ago no 1 fraud agarwal bhawan ujjain rakesh is no 1 fraud person

Only good thing is proximity to mahakal temple.. otherwise room was small and unhygienic bathroom condition. Not recommended.

Fake website.... Fraud.....online Fraud....The mobile no. Given in website is fraud... He took advance through google pay and provided booking id and receipt.... When shown this receipt to agarwal bhavan they told they do not have any such website and many others like us have fallen into this trap earlier.... Beware..and never book through this website....

Rooms are good but geyser was not working properly so please check first if u are hot water lover

Here you can stay here. Walking distance from mahakal temple. Neat and clean room . There is no facility of tea , coffee so keep thermos. Drinking water available.

Rooms are in very good condition in very affordable price but you need to do online booking for rooms. You can get AC and Non AC whatever you want. And you can take direct auto and rickshaw for aggrawal Bhawan

Electric switches are not clean and many of them are not working. Some of the lights are not working.

It's Good Place I Heard About This But Not Visited Yet...!!!

Room quality is very bad. Due to damp wall (seelan), room smells all the time. Not cleaned properly, especially bathroom is very unhygienic. TV is not in working condition as well as AC have some issues too.

Place is really maintained by nice people. Yes, you are getting best economic option here. I utilised this place by booking through Make my trip. I stayed with them for two days and I feel there are more good options if you are ready to spend more. But yes, for food I suggest to try any Punjabi (from home operated) food near this guest House.

I called many time but they did not picked so i managed to stay some other place that is "madhav seva nyas" that is much more beautiful and reasonable in price also.

Affordable for middle class families. Specially, the owners are humble and helping.. They go out of way to provide for your toddler requirement.. Nearby lot of eatries.. Accessible.. Great one...!!!!!

Rooms are not too big not too small its very fit for 3 person ..and cleaning is regularly done by staff's, bathrooms are quite good ..in guest house no food service is available..
