Not worth it, unpleasant staff, dirty plates were kept outside the rooms, when we asked to clear it from the front of our room, the staff denied and talked rudely everytime. We asked for water bottle, they didn't provide us that also, there AC also didn't work. I don't recommend this hotel.

Room was dirty not properly cleaned. Nd quite different room then what shows on picture. Not feeling good vibes Facing difficultly to search the exact location of hotel and service was not proper enough to reach there.they didn't receive calls. Worst experience ever.

Not a good place but We have to stay there due to non availability of rooms anywhare, do not go with Auto wala recommendation, there are many hotels nearby temple go and get it by your own.

Trust me these pics are just the tip of the iceberg...Their cleanest bedsheet were worse than the dirtiest ones I have encountered till date... Mostly unclean washrooms... Unclean rooms... Asked them to clean it thrice so my family could just step in the room... Even then they were dirty Only positives were manager/owner who listens to everything and is always available ... But he too somewhat showed his true colors towards the end... N second the location.. Was walkable to the temple ...

Pathetic,dirty, management cheats customers and more towards comissions. All team members willing to do comission games. Never ask for taxi booking ...all froad.. Rooms with a ot of mosquetoes ...cob webs...bathrooms dirty.. Bo soaps..no towels..and poor services. Hotel ownrs must change staff to rebuilt image of the such nice stricture .... Worst hotel I have ever seen in my vacations life. Only the food was good. Washrooms were dirty and uncleaned. We were staying at there only because the location of this hotel. Mahakal mandir was near from the hotel. There was ac in the room but not working.

If you are staying in this hotel you are just wasting your money and respect and compromising with your health also. If you are in ujjain you are not getting any hotel then please stay in dharamshala or street but please don't stay in such kind of hotel it is very harmful for health..

Staff members are so mean and foolish🤢. They can't even return our charger which was left in their room, after a single day. Ujjain jaise jgh me rehke this type of nature 😂 how beggars are they 😂

Location is good near to temple But room has bed bugs there is no warm water for bath .doors of room do not open ,flash not working ,electricity often goes so air condition do not work on generator.very bad experience over all at city palace

Service was worst. Hygiene wasn't maintained properly. Rats and cats were running all around the place. Food was tasteless. Electricity sparks were happening in our rooms. Never ever stay in this place.

Worst experience of our stay in this Hotel Rats running in room,no proper room services,no hygine , there is an electric panel in front of washrooms where 24*7 sparks can be seen on main line cables,worst food 120/- Thaali but there is nothing good to eat here, atmosphere is not good One feel uncomfortable when enters the Hall. Never book your rooms here And their prices are sooo high though they aren't providing anything upto that rent of room

Extremely unhygienic hotel. Do not stay there at any condition, if you are traveling solo or with the family. Bugs, cockroaches are at the every corner in the rooms. They pay well commission to local autowalas, so that they can suggest you #CityPalace is the best hotel in the city but believe me, they are the WORST of WORST

Extremely vulgar and bad behaviour of staff. Felt unsafe with staff behaviour. No room ventilation, suffocating and smelling, all bathroom fittings broken, none of the electrical plugs, TV etc were working. Unfit for stay. Extremely narrow bathroom and cant even sit on commode properly or use the wash basin which was leaking from bottom. I made a mistake by opting for it. No hot water they just say 24 hours. No towels supplied despite repeated reminders.

This is an old property which is not properly maintained. You can stay here because it's near to the entry of Mahakaleshwar temple. Otherwise would not suggest this place.
