Worst hotel service, long waiting for essential like water, ZERO ROOM SERVICE, Waste of money, Lots of rats in the hotel and restaurant, No hygiene, I complain owner for this and he has no regert for this, Avoid this hotel.

All facilities , view of hotel and price of hotel are Good and nice but "Room services are too slow". They takes half an hour time to bring water and necessary conditions of room . This Hotel is so near to so many temples like : MAHAKALESHWAR JYOTILINGA , KAL BHAIRAVA TEMPLE & SHIPRA RIVER and many more.

Hotel is good, however you can find many hotel near maha kaleshwar mandir. Ujjain is now changed, you will find clean roads. Well maintained parks. Omar palace is not bad as food they are offering is very delicious.

We went to its restaurant shubh shree for dinner,,the taste of food and quality is unmatchable here and very good arrangements

Worst service ever... The booked room is not given on time, have to wait for more than 1-2 hour... It's disgusting🤢🤢 not recommended to stay, whatever the location is good or rooms are nice but the thing is not advisable to stay over here, worst place ever I visited as a hotel...

Very poor management and hospitality. The staff misleads their guests. We were not told that their AC is not working, 3-4 times the staff came to the room, still didn't inform that the AC is not working.. Not at all satisfied with the service and the amount at which the room was given to us.

Fabulous Hotel... Best near Mahakaleshwar Temple for Sure... don't think twice you will enjoy your stay! I checked in at 01 AM in the morning after looking at 50 other hotels!... This one has wall compound parking, elevator, good food, nice decor... Etc.. etc...

It is very good hotel but we have to change many rooms due AC issue.The water in the bathroom is so hot in the evening that nobody can take bath. The of the commod was broken. Positive thing is bed. It is very comfortable. It is in the center of the city.

Have a good staff, fast services. Room clean interior good too.
