Never go to this hotel, they charged me extra 300 without telling it prior. I have twice confirmed the hotel about any hidden charges, they did not told anything. Room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, rooms were also damaged, no security for your luggage.

I reached there day before Mahashivratri (28feb 2022) from Jodhpur Rajasthan, But my First experience in Ujjain Nagri was "Hotel Manager Mr. Pratik Ji and Hotel Owner misbehaved with me last night, they both are refused to gave me my booked Room. According to them booking was not confirmed but I received confirmation mail and when I was raised online complaint against Agoda website for online fraud they shared with me this receipt (which was I attached with this comment.) And confirmed that booking was legal and confirmed. They said hotel is already fully booked." And jfyi interesting part is online website are showing room's availability. Jai Shree Mahakaal

Never ever book this hotel guys. Never experienced such a bad experience booking this hotel in my life. This hotel should be banned and their licence should be cancelled. Below are the negative points. 1) They are not giving a bottle of water after booking room. it should be complementary with booking. 2) Staff is so rude and not cooperative. Manager is also very rude and arrogant person. 3) They also denied to arrange tea or coffee. I asked manager to arrange tea and milk but he told me that get it from outside though they have kitchen. He told me that if you want then it will take long time. 4) No hot water coming from tap. We request to provide hot water two time but they denied. My child has to take bath using cold water and he caught with coughing and fever. 5) There are cockroaches and insects in the room and rooms are not hygienic.

Worst experience , pathetic service and room , total unhygienic rooms ,bed, linen , infact they dont even have towel for 2 persons, for water also you have to tell them 2-3times , they don't know S of service , every time you to tell them that there is power cut in your room , poor management ,not at all recommended

Location is walking distance to the temple. Hotel service and cleanliness is the worst. Washroom are flooded with drainage water, which was swept away from the stair case downwards from 2nd floor. None of the staff's bothered about it. I had to fight asking them to change my room even though other rooms were vacant. How can one use washroom which is blocked due to drainage waste? Boilers for hot water was also not working. We faced issues of hot water being winter season during our visit. Wouldn't recommend to anyone mostly due to washroom blockage and cleanliness Issues.

Every thing is very poor...the rooms & 🚻 toilets r very un hygienic...& the staff of this hotel r so rude & very bad talking persons.

Hotel staff is very friendly in nature. Hotel rooms are also good.if anybody want to stay in ujjain so pleasw visit this hotel.

Service was excellent. Specially from Rohit Sisodia , Deepak and Ankit. Guys are very cooperative and helpful. Management will adjust as per your needs.

I would like to suggest everyone to never book this Hotel. It's staff behaviour is not good and they are not good for family. They have offer only one blanket for 2 room set people. When we have asked for another blanket they have told me it's chargeable. If you visit the Mahakal then please go away from this hotel

I stayed here for 2days on November 22.please don’t waste your money but if you don’t have any choice then it is ok because the room are ok but the baat rooms are worst I have ever seen in last 10 years of my travel.

A reasonable & good place to stay near Mahakal Temple.one reason to stay here is that hotel staff behavior is good and cooperative especially ROHIT, PRATIKBHAI AND ANKIT.Management will adjust as per your needs.
