booked
this
hotel
through
go-i-bi-bo
website.
I
booked
a
triple
non-AC
room
for
3
adults.
However,
one
of
us
didn't
came.
We
arrived
at
the
hotel
around
10:30
pm.
The
website
showed
at
the
time
of
the
booking
that
the
room
will
have
a
double
bed
and
a
single
bed
with
350
sq
ft.
size,
private
bathroom
with
western
style
comod,
sofa,
TV,
etc.
When
we
asked
for
check-in,
the
owner
said
that
they
didnt
have
our
room
and
xan
only
give
it
the
next
day.
For
the
time
being,
they
offered
us
another
room.
That
room
was
a
double
bed
room.
No
TV,
no
sofa,
smaller
in
size
and
no
bathroom.
They
said
that
we
can
use
their
common
bathroom
which
was
indian
style.
We
were
tired.
So,
we
sat
in
the
room
and
tried
to
call
the
website
but
the
room
had
no
reception,
no
internet
as
well.
I
had
to
come
out
on
the
road
to
catch
a
network.
The
website
customer
care
was
horrible.
After
I
explained
them
our
issue,
the
agent
placed
me
on
a
long
hold
and
then
told
me,
"sir,
the
hotel
is
saying
that
they
don't
have
your
room."
That's
all
he
said.
I
told
him
that
I
already
knew
that
and
I
had
told
it
in
tge
beginning.
Then
he
asked
again
what
was
the
issue
with
the
room.
I
re-explained
the
details
and
he
told
that
the
website
does
not
show
the
details
I
said.
I
asked
him
to
check
my
reservation
amenities
and
he
did
not
have
the
details.
So,
he
asked
me
to
email
the
details
to
him
and
he
will
call
back
as
soon
as
he
gets
them.
I
emailed
him
the
details
and
it
was
15
minutes
no
calls.
I
again
called
the
website
and
it
was
a
new
agent
to
whom
I
had
to
explain
everything
again.
The
guy
placed
me
on
hold
again
and
called
the
hotel
who
by
then
had
switched
off
their
mobile.
The
agent
unholded
the
call
after
20
minutes
or
so
and
said
that
if
we
want
to
checkout
,
he
can
give
me
a
40%
refund.
I
asked
what
about
the
remaining
60%
and
he
did
not
answer
anything.
I
asked
for
a
supervisor
and
he
said
that
one
would
call
me
in
10
minutes.
There
were
no
calls
in
10
minutes.
Finally,
I
had
no
choice
and
went
to
sleep.
Next
morning,
the
hotel
moved
me
to
another
room
which
was
even
smaller
and
gad
a
double
room
but
it
had
a
western
style
toilet.
I
called
the
website
again
and
a
new
agent
called
the
hotel.
The
hotel
owner's
son
called
me
downstairs
and
literally
started
shouting
at
me
and
asked
me
to
leave
their
place.
It
was
extremely
humiliating.
I
went
to
my
toom
and
I
got
a
call
from
a
supervisor
to
whom
I
explained
the
details.
Since
we
had
to
go
out
on
darshan,
I
had
no
choice
but
to
stay
at
this
hotel
for
that
day
and
the
next
one.
I
got
a
voucher
from
the
website
but
I
would
recommend
everyone
to
make
proper
investigation
about
the
room
details
before
booking
this
hotel.
Even
after
the
compensation
voucher
from
the
website,
I
has
faced
problems
in
my
stay,
e.g.
TV
not
working
(they
said
all
their
cable
lines
got
burned
or
something),
no
sofa,
small
room
with
damp
on
walls,
suffocating
as
no
windows,
checkout
time
shows
11
am
but
hotel
follows
10
am
checkout
timing
(however,
they
allowed
us
to
leave
room
by
11,
still
it
should
have
been
received
without
asking
as
that's
been
advertised),
hot
water
started
pouring
due
to
problems
in
their
tap
lines.
