Worst: if you will book online, because they take prepayment and confirm the room but after 15 minutes they call you and told there is no room in the hotel and your booking is cancelled so if you want we shift your room to another hotel and advance amount will be adjusted and surprisingly for such activities like another hotel offer and cancellation are only on the call you will not receive any mail regarding the cancellation staff also not responding properly. For the refund they didn't give you any specific email or message. A whatsapp message you will receive with screenshot that "we received. ...... Amount via rozerpay from your side remaining amount of ...... Should be paid at the time of check-in. The advance deposit amount is refund within 7 days. They are not mention any where that we cancelled your room. They harass the customer. And also the contact no. Not responding properly. So don't go there.

Hotel is very good but staff behaviour very bed. I told them for TV recharge approximately 50 times. But they not recharge their sat up box. Never sugest to stay for sales and marketing personals.

Very Very poor maintenance of Room/ Washroom. it's gives the impression of ordinary Dharamshala. never book through travelling agency like MMT. it's totally worth less for more than @ 1000/- pd

Not so good in this price. The worst thing I experienced is Bathrooms. Very congested and not cleaned. They stink all the time and even like that it will spoil your entire vacation. Hotel staff is also helpless to remove this. No fresheners available for bathrooms. No exhaust. That one thing make your stay ruined completely. If you hire this it will be a compromise.

Actually Zero star option should be there, washroom had some leakage issue n they didn't sort out or even cleaned. No basic things avl like hand wash. No value for money.

Rooms are quite Good Service also Good. The Receptionist help us to Check in Early so we can get ready and take darshan of Mahakal Early. We had great experience to stay here.

This is a third class hotel. Dharmshalas are better. The owners are worse. They alloted us a room with bathroom door that wouldnt close and they knew that the door has a problem. The glasses, chairs and curtains in room were very dirty. How could they run a hotel like this. Dirty and third grade place. Sleep on a railway station bench if you have to, but do not go here.

This is very very ordinary hotel.Rooms are very unpleasant and totally absence of cleanliness.Lot of water leakage can be easily spotted as colour peels out.And because this leakage there is presence of bad smell not only in rooms but throughout the hotel. Telephone unit is not cleaned in many months. Pillow covers and cushions of chairs are not cleaned in many months.Bathroom looks very shabby. Walls of bathroom are not cleaned. No holder for health faucete. Balcony is very very dirty ; may not be cleaned in the 12 months or so.

They are located inside the city, but there restaurant service is extremely pathetic, very slow in service and inspite of telling less oil for the food, thy put so much oil as if it's coming free to them. Hotel service is also pathetic, the towels they gave had blood stains, room was unclean, and bathroom was vry slippery. I don't have an option to attach the photo of towel, but pathetic is simple word. Towels had bad smell. The service desk person at reception argues and doesn't accept there deficiency in service.Thy argue with customers. Pathetic hotel, in this age of competition with many hotels given such wonderful service, this hotel will surely close down sooner or later.

Never visit this place. We had an prior booking of 6 am and the person at the reception counter refused to provide room as he had already given the rooms to others. Then what is the meaning of booking?? Such an irresponsible staff with rude behaviour. Not even replying with adequate answers and behaviour was worst when we had senior citizens with us. No courtesy nothing.

Thus is a hotel in Ujjain. Clean rooms, hot water, bathrooms not so well maintained though clean. Good food. Good service.

I wish i could give negative stars !!! Literally one of the worst hotels one could stay in. The rooms are good, but the staff and service is extremely terrible. Most of the times no one is at reception and even for the most basic things like hot water, they made us wait for almost 2 hours. Majority of the times it looked like the staff was not at all interested. I saw few reviews about the terrible service but thought of giving this hotel a try, but they made my experience worst. Extremely frustrating experience with them.

I stayed for two nights. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. The menu items are nice. It was a pleasant stay for me. I really suggest everyone to stay in this hotel while visiting Ujjain. I really enjoyed my stay over this place and hence impressed.

We stayed at this place in April 2022. The hotel is at an offbeat location, away from main Ujjain city, which is the only disadvantage of this place. Otherwise, its a good hotel, pricing is value for money. It has a small restaurant that serves the usual delicacies. The hotel's manager Mr. Jitendra is a very polite and helpful person. He guided us for travel as well as sightseeing in Ujjain. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Pros + Clean and spacious rooms + Prompt service and courteous staff + Peaceful surroundings with very less traffic Cons - Location is a little away from city

Nice hotel good rooms great place to live and have some rest before and after traveling in ujjain. Nice furnished rooms with AC , TV , WIFI. All facilities available that are essential for a hotel.

It was my first time to Ujjain and I stayed in this hotel the very first thing that attracts my eye was its ambiance around the hotel and the hygiene was maintained also the service was quick and updated and I get what I wanted most cleanliness and they provide splendidly

Location is prime , hardly 10-15 min from Ujjain J. Railway station.... Staff is polite, friendly and Obby.... 2star for room for his hygiene, not clean as you want.. chair, celling fan, floor , bathroom is dirty ... Property need to maintain in good hands.... Overall 3 star because of staff they are good in their job..

Great room with excellent ambience what's make it special is its on a very great location everything is near by and the staff was polite and friendly although food is delicious and healthy u can rely on quality of food room maintenance is always on time. And hygiene is maintained all the time

Worst service by the staff We arrived at 2:00pm and room were not prepared for us When we arrived they started doing all the cleaning stuff There were no tumbler,towel,soap,bucket and drinking water We asked for everything and they said our service boy will give you in 5 mins After 1 hour also no one came to give and then we headed toward temple darshan by giving keys to the reception and asked for everything that was missing We came back to hotel and my mom asked the manager how much time we need to inform you ? And manager told us that fine we will give you refund you can opt for any other hotel and he made started the fight at 9pm Better go to any other place Staff is so cheap Toilets were also dirty as well as whole hotel was not cleaned

My stay at the hotel was not good. The place wasn't clean at all, and the people at the front desk were not nice. It wasn't worth the money I paid because the service and facilities were not good. Also, the phone in my room didn't work, which made things even more frustrating. I wouldn't suggest this hotel because of my bad experience.

This hotel is a disaster..The rooms are damp.Bathroom is unhygenic and not sanitized infact toilet seat is broken jet pipe is broken.water dripping from it.We are using are own linens on bed because the bed and bedsheet is so damp and smelly that it feels like you are sleeping on something wet.We kept the window open the whole night to let fresh air in.Mosquitoes in the room .The sofa ,linen,pillow covers are stained.Room lock key is not working.Everytime you have to use the lift which is having tabacco spits around it to go to reception ask for master key to open the room.Reception number is always busy.My issue is indeed with the hotel but more than that with MAKE MY TRIP FOR PUTTING THIS HOTEL AS MMT VALUE STAYS! DO YOU EVER CHECK THE PROPERTY YOU PUT ON FOR PEOPLE??!!A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!REQUESTING FOR REFUND AND AN ANSWER FOR MY QUESTION WHO IN MMT IS APPROVING OF SUCH HOTELS AS MMT VALUE STAYS- THIS WAS FOR APPROX 3500!!

Worst ever hotel I visited in my entire life. The list is endless. 1- Whole hotel is not clean even the corridors outside room remains dirty for 4 5 days or more. 2- toilets were pathetic 3- they don't even provide soaps towels 4- they don't even come for room cleaning. 5- don't change the bedsheets even after asking for 100 times 6- they don't provide you water bottles 7- the tv connection is not connected 8- the food is not fresh 9- they don't take used plates for days from rooms as well as corridors 10- the floors are extremely dirty that if you will gonna walk barefoot your feet will gonna look black within a minute. The list is endless trust me.

Hotel staff, including owner do not pay heed to our requests, the bathroom door did not close at all and owner had no regrets about it. "It is the only room, you can speak to your online booking agent", is what they said. After 1 hour they offered to change room in morning but even after 2 hours there was no response. None of the remotes worked. Water, towel, toileteries was not ready. We reached around 12:10 am and were finally able to go to sleep after 1.30 am...waiting for water, toileteries and towels. The mattress they provided for child was mosit..and they did not proivde pillow for mattress.  I had to go down to reception 3 time in night to ask them to move my request ahead. The staff woukd just take your request and sit in restaurant or outside hotel. They did this for about and hour...every time I would go down at reception to followup on my request, I found them idling around. The chair and curtains were also very dirty..yuck!! Go to a dharmshala instead. A horrible experience and pathetic stay.

Best place to stay if ur a solo female traveller or travelling with family. The location is road touch with easy access of autorickshaw. Police control room is exactly opposite providing 100% safety. Rooms are well spacious with AC and hot water facility 24*7. Restaurant food was awesome taste n quality.
