The only good thing about this hotel is location…. Rest, Very bad cleanliness, worse staff and worst experience…!! Don’t book it if you have other options…!! Very money minded people…!!

Rooms are good but staff is rude and arrogant. Providing slow and bad service and still have bad behaviour toward guests.

Never visit this hotel. Staff is very rude and they do maintenance work without informing you. The irony is they're clearly stating 24*7 power back-up available and Electricity went off for 4-5 times. When complained The Manager literally said "Don't come Next time" in a very rude tone.

Walking distance from Shri Mahakaleshwar ji temple, Bada Ganpati, and Vikramaditya temple. People sitting at the hotel reception are very coopretive and well behaved. Rooms are neat and clean, washrooms are also fine.

Nice rooms, excellent location very near to Mahakal Temple, Harsiddhi Temple and Vikramaditya Statue. Good Co-Operative staff. Food is good with reasonable cost. Tea is also Excellent.

Ok for 1-2 days stay... AC controls are at reception.. Even though we ask for remote n set temperature to 16 they again reset it to 25 n sleep as well... thats the most irritating part... Only Tea service available.. No Cable connection.. Wifi is On n Off... But very Near to Temple.. Walking Distance 5 minutes...

If you are going with the family, and are looking for a budget hotel near (400m from) the Mahakaleshwar temple, this is your place. But if you are looking for a fancy hotel room with coffee-maker, tea sachets, electric kettle and everything - this is not as all the hotels near the temple Location: As it's near to the temple, the lanes are really small so sedan cars won't be able to manage easily, hence if you don't have your own vehicle, I recommend going via E-Autos running across the city as also this hotel is on a slope. Rooms: It's a decent place, the rooms were a bit small, and so was the bathroom but as the main prupose was just a place to stay safely and comfortably it worked out. The room service is done on bell (available switch inside the room). Food: Although they don't have their own restaurant - they do help out with arranging food from near by as you like - and food is decent too. I would highly recommend ask them to order a Pavbhaji and make it a bit spicy - I don't know from where they arranged it but it was goood. They don't have a strong Wifi - so Whatsapp hardly works and also sometimes being near the Temple area, there is network shortage.

Very bad or poor quality hygiene maintained by hotel, all stain mark bed sheets and unclean rooms. No parking facility even after they mention on web sites like make my trip that they have facilities

The rooms were ok ok and only takes payment mode as cash. At the time of online booking they use online payment, but during checkout they want cash as payment mode. This was not informed in advance to us while booking. Kindly accept other payment modes as well.

Pathetic is an under statement for this setup. We booked online by paying an advance for 3 rooms and stayed here in the month of Novemeber. The rooms are unclean, have a damp stench, toilets stink, bedsheets are stained and over all there is a lack basic amenities. Worst of all none of the rooms have a window. DO NOT book online else you will either lose money or will have to live through a harrowing experience. The owner is a greedy parasite and staff is no different.

The rooms very very dirty and the staff was not corporative, bro did not understand the concept of customer feedback. He started a fight when we told him to clean the room. The only descent thing was the location.

Nice hotel rooms are small but clean near to temple and market 4 mins of walking.

Had worst stay of my life at this hote. Hotel receptionist was very rude and used inappropriate words with guests. Rooms were dirty and had foul smell coming from everywhere in the room.

Best part of the hotel is location and service The hotel staff were friendly and understanding. Rooms were OK for 1 or 2 night. Location of the hotel is just near by mahakaleshwar temple and many restaurants near by. We didn't ordered any food from there so can't say much about it but tea was not so good
