Room was dirty had cockroaches and there was a huge hole in the wall where the closet is. And there was no screen on the bathroom window or the front window. Their was even blood on the top of one of the walls.

I stayed here once. That was enough. The rooms may have been spotless but they felt greasy. They charge the same price as the other lower and mid-range rooms in town. Mind you, it's been 5 years since I stayed there last, but it's only been 4 years since the day day I went there to pick up a friend for work. While I waited for him to dress, the manager had my car, which was legally parked in the handicap spot, towed for no apparent reason as I had informed him why I was there prior. I'll never give them another cent. Same with days inn.

We have been staying here about 4 weeks and 3 of those without a shower. The handle has been needing to be replaced. They won't let you have 2 towels even with 2 adults staying in the room.

Big bank take little bank. Very good management here and willing to work with you if need 6e. Much appreciated and very understanding

I've been here for since previous management they didnt clean rooms they were aggressive and would not do anything for you. The new management is awesome, it's like night and day the rooms are cleaned daily and the managment actually cares for their customers. They're extremely respectful and are working on making the rooms better and better. Upgrading wifi and wiring they are making this place of business very good for its price range. The people who stay in the hotel are all friendly and down to earth very rarely is there any drama. In terms of quality ,price, and your Neighbors it's the best in ukiah I'd highly suggest it

It's not a 5 Star as for clean but it's not bad, been in much worse. Might be a long week.

Since the new owners took over the place is getting better! Plus the people who stay there on a regular are some pretty awesome people! Just sayin 🤷

The staff are awesome and helpful. Clean rooms and safe place to lay your head at.
