I accidently booked a room twice and the lady called me yelling at me. I stayed there once before and it was disgusting! It was filthy and the walls are paper thin and then they tried refusing me my deposit the next day. They're rude and even though the rooms are cheap it's still not worth it. I'd rather sleep on the sidewalk!

If you get what you pay for, they should be paying you to stay here. I have slept on many a friend's floors, using questionable blankets and pillows, but I wouldn't even use the sheets here. They were yellow. All of them. The carpet wasn't secured to the floor. There were holes in the walls. The TV remote had visual dead skin crusted on and around the buttons. Worst of all, after 30 seconds in the shower, the water went I've cold, instantly. My door HAD been broken into in the past, and would be very easy to do again. I love to be cheap, but this was beyond saving money, this ROUGH! Just crossing my fingers I don't have bed bugs now.

Ask to check a room before signing the forms. Every sheet and pillow case had a stain or something. New carpeting was laid over old so it was all loose. Can hear people walking/talking like they're in your room. Couldn't get my money back even tho I turned around immediately and went to the office. Ended up eating the $55 and going to motel 6 down the street. Much nicer for $16 more.

This place is has no regards for its customers. Suspicious charges came up on my bank statement as if I was charged 4 times on a room. The owners treat their employees unfair. They take advantage of homeless by employing them for 10 dollars a day! These wages are unacceptable in America. The owners were very rude and intrusive. About the facility we were charged for wifi that was non existent, the other area hotels have opened their pools they haven't pool is still green. The rooms are absolutely filthy, the floors creak, the walls are so thin you can hear you neighbor. The owners have loud and obnoxious guest which they never call the police on. They also seem to make racially inclined decisions such as either harassing or forcing black guests to leave by heavy questioning

Seriously a death TRAP. Do not stay here. The whole building feels like it's going to come down. The whole balcony shakes and is made of thin plywood. The rooms are old. Dated. And barren. We booked 2 queens on expedia and THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE 2 QUEENS IN ANY ROOMS. Thankfully we got a refund (by claiming they didnt have the room type I booked) and got the eff out of there. Seriously. I know some people exaggerate on these reviews. But this is the first 1 star hotel I legitimately feared for my safety. Do not stay here.

The red carpet is black and coming loose from the floor. The wall paper is ripped off the wall. The bathroom fan/heater was ripped off the ceiling. The Air conditioner is mounted up high on the wall so you have to stand on a chair to see what you are doing. The "queen" beds were really double and it was like sleeping in a dry river bed. Shower nozzle kept dripping... Reservations for other family members were not there. They were called while in route and told they had no rooms and would have to travel to Willits 25 miles away. We checked out early because the room was so nasty. The lady at the front desk said they only manage the place but would not give us contact information on the owner.. Never again I will stay there. I would rather sleep in my car..

πŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ‘πŸ‘ ++PROS++ πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’ŽπŸ’Ž πŸ’²πŸ“Ίβ˜ŽπŸ›ŒπŸ’€πŸšΏπŸ“Ά Decent, clean & inexpensive with weekly rates available! Comfortable bed & hot showers ( NO bath though)! There is a phone in the room & I believe free local calls! [You have to ask them to turn it on though,I think?] Micro.+mini-fridge πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜‘πŸ’€ --CONS-- πŸ’€πŸ˜‘πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž 🚧🚧APPEARANCE 🚧🚧 ?Looks like a dump basically The balcony [walkway] looks like it is is about to fall off the building! Just looks run-down like it's falling apart from the outside. Would've given it a higher rating, except the owners {or the people who run the place} are really nosy & always asking anyone who goes there the who, what, when, where, & why! Really isn't none of their business. They're very intrusive, in my personal opinion. I am really big on my privacy!

Room not bad, old key system lock, staff was nice. My biggest complaint is how paper thin the walls were. Heard my upstairs and next door neighbors all night. Made sleeping rather hard. Bring ear plugs if you stay.

BEWARE! My credit card has had suspicious activity since going here! 4 unauthorized charges in other states for ALLOT of money! And we have never gone out of state! I'm lucky because my credit card company caught the activity soon! They said the stores that they tried to use my credit card info had been used for several other credit card crimes. They are either giving their family your card info or selling it! The rude lady at the front desk will ask for your Address and other private info that is not needed to process a Credit card normally! This was a red flag from the get go and is what led the investigators to this place. I hope they shut down! They don't even put money into the place....i wonder where it all goes. Oh and by the way.... This place is not inhabitable and should be marked as condemned! Please read other peoples reviews and decide for yourself...i made the wrong decision and decided to ignore the reviews......BAD IDEA!

Be sure you ask to be placed upstairs. The carpet may not be fully secured to all 4 walls but better than lament floors downstairs. Plus if one of ten thousand buddhas is above you at least you don't have to hear them stomping around all night.

I never though it would be fair post this but after reading everyone’s posts I thought maybe this would be fair and save someone else from getting judged.. I stayed here a while back and the lady at the front counter wasn’t nice at all.. she immediately changed my room when she saw me in person… gave me the room in the dark ally by the stairs ?? It was tucked in the wayy back.. the room at the time looked like a homicide happened in it and that the cleaners did a cheap job of cleaning it.. the ceiling was stained, the carpet directly below the ceiling was stained (it was baaaddd…) the carpet was all weird.. your window view was just the dark hallway.. I went back to the front and asked for a different room (also stated the room looked like a poorly cleaned crime scene, which she had nothing to say about) but the lady refused stating there wasn’t any other rooms available but there was like 20 keys hanging up next to her.. I mentioned the keys but she refused.. I asked for a refund but she refused said something about it being booked online and how I’d have to go through them?? If your not willing to gambled your choice in clothing getting you the homicide room then lol go somewhere else.. Maybe the other rooms are nice? I’m not sure.. Just don’t wear shorts and a tank top/noodle strap when getting your room..πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚
