The location/idea is top notch. Of course, when there are a lot of people, the instructors do not have time to pay attention to everyone, plus the special care over the guards and the lack of attention to beginners is very visible. But the atmosphere smooths it all out. The administrator should still be more friendly... At the reception, the girls recommended nut bars. Since there was no one in the hall except me and the cashier, I took it from the refrigerator and headed to the cash register. But then an indignant administrator came at me - how come I took something without her knowledge. In a place where emotional intelligence should be pumped up to the maximum, it’s very strange to see such behavior...

Not a place, but a fairy tale! The yoga studio impressed with its design, ergonomics and comfort. The summer playground is simply incredible! It’s like being in a forest, I want to live there!!! Special thanks to the restaurant - the range of dishes and their deliciousness whet the appetite! There is something for a vegan, a raw foodist, and an ordinary person to enjoy:) Thanks to the creators and inspirers of this space! Pleased. Strongly!:)

Service 5/5, very polite and friendly workers, but their masks are only worn over their mouths. Interior 4/5. Lots of vegan food. The menu does not list all the ingredients of the dishes, but only the main ones, which can create misunderstandings. Gender-neutral spacious toilet, only one stall, no changing table. There is no ramp, but there are few steps. Prices are high. The food is very tasty and filling. The music is strange. There are live birds.

Have a great time here! The territory is magically beautiful) at the reception the girl spoke in detail about the massages and procedures, she visited the cosmetologist Svetlana: scrubbing + mask + cream, facial massage was a delight! I am glad that not only professionals, but also pleasant, good-natured people are all here.

31.08.2020. До этого была в этом месте , посещала массажиста ( интараральный и кабидо) его стоимость 800гр . Мне очень нравилось. В этот раз приехала с подругой из другого города и посоветовала ей именно этот массаж . Позвонила заранее записала нас на этот массаж . Подруга пошла первая , чарез час пришла я , все выдали , начали делать совершенно другой массаж , я до этого женщине массажисту сказала , что хочу именно тот массаж который делала в предыдущий раз , она начала меня отговаривать и говорит мол , сделаем что то подобное но не такое интенсивное . В конце концов мне сделали расслабляющий массаж лица ! Я выла из кабинета и спросила у подруги какой ей массаж делали и спрашивали ли у неё что бы она хотела , окопалось, что ее завели в кабинет и сделали раслабляющий массаж и все . Подойдя на рецепшен спросила , почему я записала со на одну процедуру , а мне провели совершенно другую , а у моей подруги даже не поинтересовались на какой массаж она записалась ?! Нам сказали , мол извините , мы вас записали на массаж но не уточнили на какой !) в конце концов они начали требовать 600гр за массаж который они сделали , не извинений ни скидок ничего не предложили ! На Рецепшене сидит четыре человека , Не понятно кто администратор а кто нет , спорили все четыре человека с нами и пытались быстрее нас выпроводить ! Это один из лучших спа комплексов в Одессе , очень жаль , что даже тут по хамски относятся к клиентам и не пытаются сгладить ситуация ! Создаётся впечатление , что массажист не хочет работать , просто выберает процедуру Попроще и побыстрее , главное что бы заплатили деньги и свалили

The area itself is very beautiful. You find yourself in a Turkish hotel. Delicious vegan candies. The hammam in which all procedures are performed is more like a shower. We ordered 2 procedures + -2300 UAH per person... very mediocre, especially when there is something to compare with. They just smear it all over the body, and at all stages - foam, peeling, “massage”
