I was a guest of the structure. Friendly, knowledgeable, attention to detail staff. The hotel rooms are elegant and comfortable, clean and modern environments. Daily cleaning and sanitizing make it an above average level. The hotel restaurant offers refined dishes of typical Ukrainian cuisine, but I was also satisfied with international cuisine. The restaurant has a refined and tasteful decor. the restaurant staff is trained and motivated to give an excellent welcome service. At the reception I found collaboration for all my needs, from useful advice to requesting services, such as a taxi service where hotel guests enjoy a certain privilege. 100% satisfied with this hotel, I recommend it for business people, for those who are foreigners like me, but also excellent for families who will find an excellent water park adjacent to the hotel. The park is equipped with attractions and games including several water slides of different heights, three different pools for both adults and children. The center is also equipped with a SPA service including sauna, massage room and a modern gym where hotel guests enjoy privilege on the price on all attractions. The staff are excellent and speak English. You will feel pleasantly pampered and spoiled .. Inside the sports complex I found some tasty burgers including "Alihator burgers" and real pizzas, which for me as an Italian made me enormous pleasure! I highly recommend even if just passing through or for a weekend! Finally, thanks to the security staff, who are vigilant 24 hours a day on the hotel's private parking and on the patrons in the common areas .. really hard to find even in hotels in Kiev or Odessa .. Maximum score worthy of a 5-star hotel stars. Thank you all

My worst hotel ever. Looks okay in the picture but very old furniture and poor. Bed and couch makes noise. The bed made noise throughout the night, I reported and Receptionist told me she cant do anything about it (cheeky). I expected something good for Junior Suite plus. But there is no difference between that and the standard. I dont recommend if you want good experience! Also, they need to change furniture, and the Tvs. They are all old fashion (1980 tv)

To begin with, I am not writing a review for the hotel, only the pool which I visited myself last summer, and which my young nieces were unfortunate enough to visit today. Both have dry itchy skin and one of them has some kind of chemical allergy around her eyes for swimming in the pool for a few hours!!! The owners/management evidently compensate for their laziness (& costs involved in cleaning the pool) by adding some dreadful chemicals to the water. When swimming there myself, I noticed the water had an unpleasant murkiness to it which I have never experienced in any other pool . Do not come here!!! Do not fund an establishment which is cutting corners on the health and wellbeing of its customers. A new pool in Ternopil is long overdue.

A great indoor swimming pool with slides for different age groups and abilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English but everyone did their best to make our visit fun, enjoyable and comfortable. The evening was fairly priced and there was a good selection of food and drink on offer. The establishment uses an innovative system to check in and out and to access lockers. Definitely recommended for a great day or evening out! Hope to visit again someday soon. Five stars!

I was in town for about a week and visited this aqua park a couple times during my stay, mostly for its gym. The trainers were super friendly and even spoke English - a miracle for me! The gym itself is rather small but has everything most people will need, from free weights to benches with a variety of machines in between. I was also happily surprised with the quality of the hammam area, which seems relatively new compared to the rest. Despite a couple of signs of wear here and there - especially in the slides - I found the pools worth the price and definitely recommend visiting the place for a swim and some quality family time.

I'm not aware about hotel but fitness center and pool. The best yoga classes in Ternopil is here. Swimming lessons for kids are also awesome

It was nice to spend a few hours in there, on hot summer day, bu still, it's dirty (especially in the cafe) in there, and everything is rusty.

it would be nice place to stay with a family for a weekend. Or, just for one day, the only one aquapark in TE is here
