Such a good experience in this hospital over all Bihar. Patient care services is outstanding other then any hospital.behaviour of hospital staffs was very polite. they guided me for everything thing always. recommended for everyone. given 5 star rating but i think it's not enough.

I'm writing to tell others about the deplorable level of care and service at this hospital. My loved one died here as a result of the staff's neglect and ineptitude, particularly the doctor who was supposed to be treating him. The doctors lacked the necessary knowledge and abilities to diagnose and treat his patient's illness, and he ignored signals of worsening and infection. He also refused to move him to a more suitable facility. He pretended to know everything, but he didn't. He was the worst doctor we have ever met, and he should be held accountable for his negligence and misbehaviour. The facility is a death trap, and I recommend everyone who values their life and health avoid it at all costs. The administration is corrupt, selfish, and apathetic. They are unconcerned about the patients or their families, only about their revenues and reputation. They cover up their faults and shortcomings, and they refuse to accept responsibility or take measures to improve their standards or quality. This facility is a disgrace to the medical profession and to humanity. It should be ceased right away and diligently investigated. I hope that justice is served for my loved one and all of the other victims of this dreadful place. I'll never forgive them for what they did, and I'll never forget the anguish and suffering they inflicted.

Terrible experience, O star hospital in terms of management, staffs are illiterates and behave nonsense. Not taking any responsibility and passing information one staff to another. Misguided information, not allowing attended and relative to meet at all till 10 AM . Staff talk is like movie theater guys.. they don't know how to talk and understand the situation. Shame on educated doctor who works here and can't share their patients feedback to hospital management. After all patient goes there for these best doctors... wake up !!

Edit: It was worth waiting for Dr. Nishikant, very polite, well explained, rating 5 stars for him People on reception are rude and seems under so much stress(not sure what🤷🏻‍♂️). I got doctor appointment at 9:00 am, only to find out that doctor comes at 10:00 am and then goes on round to check patients. So technically, first patient check is around 10:30 am. So 9:00 am appointment was to prepare file and take first time patient fee of Rs. 900. And waiting…..

High level of heighein maintained, some facilities available for Foods, but not transperancy regarding treatment of patients.

Security staffs(especially the lady outside the ICU) behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like you are some trespasser who is casually visiting their hospital. They don't understand the state of mind of attendants whose family members are critical and in ICU. Their inhuman behaviour made me hate this hospital. Plus the washrooms are dirty. The doctors have no fixed time of visit and they charge for every visit of their Dr. The nursing staffs at the ICU are untrained and irresponsible, printed the wrong blood group of the patient which could have been life threatening. My family member who is now no more was begging me to take him out of this hospital as he was so disturbed by the behaviour of the nursing staffs there .My experience here was very bad. I won't recommend this hospital to anyone.

If anyone wants the treatment through CGHS, kindly don't visit this hospital, management will make you run from here and there and at last they will say we don't allow on this day , whether you visit on any days no matters. Very rude, impolite staffs, I visited orthopaedic section and was looted by applying 1000 rs fees, and waited for hours, then a list of unnecessary test. Worst experience ever . Think 1000times before visiting this hospital, don't entertain them and ruin your health and wealth too.

Good experience.. Proper caring of patient for checkup and proper guidances by the doctors.. Time taken for checkup and consultation from doctors are very less depends upon availability. If one doctor is not available then they take you for another doctor.

It is a good hospital equipped with all modern technology for treatment..I had my wrist surgery in this hospital by Dr Nishikant Sir..My experience was pleasant every thing went very smooth from cashless claim to discharge process... Hospital staffs used to come to my room for processing each step and papers, we didn’t have to rush to reception ( this is thing was most impressive) because in other hospitals attendant of have run here and there for paper works. Besides all these mentioned above, rooms are very clean, food is good & tasty, staffs are well behaved.

One of the best hospital in patna.The service and staff behaviour is very nice. Dr vikas singh cardio doctor is superb doctor i have done my mother treatment from him and she is very well. And the mediversal online application is just awesome we can order medicine and doctor video consultation is also available in the app. Home care service and pathology home collection is also available. Security Guard misbehaved.At time on entering gate they talk rudely. They ask numbers of questions not even allowing to go to reception to enquire. They should be trained properly and they should be realised Hospital is public place not private house or private office that no one will visit . I explained them my appoint is there and I came for corporate health checkup annual package. They told so what if you work there. I just request them I want to talk at reception counter they where not allowing. There are number of Hospital in Patna. If they will treat like this no one will visit again. Rude security service.

I have never ever come across such a worst hospital.. totally untrained staff. Nurses were not able to put drips on the patient. Test reports were wrongly printed. Staff were completely clueless about the any resolutions. I highly suggest never ever visit this hospital in case of emergency as they don't have any management. They try to make money from the patients too.

This hospital is so good. I went for health checkup. Didnt faced any issues here. Mr Sagnik was there for support at each step. We had to stay for some 5 hours for various test but he kept everything so systematic and coordinated. Never let us felt unaccompanied. Highly appreciable.

It's most useless hospital I have seen in my life. My story starts with my wife having pain in abdomen so have to come for emergency as dr asif sits here for gaestroentropy. They tested everything and all reports were ok till now so doctor and attendants told that she will be discharged as nothing comes in report. Now, I went to tpa but it was less than 24 so no insurance it become OPD thus I converted it to cash and paid around 45 k for just 16 hours. Now the funniest part is that now they are saying CT REPORTS IS HAVING SOME ISSUE. SO, basicaly now alI bill paid and they told to readmit. So, basically having insurance didn't help me here as it was less than 24 hours and when they could have told me to stay further but said all time all reports ok and discharge has to be done. So, basically after all bill paid snd all day saying all reports ok and once bill paid at last moment causing problem and loss to me. So, decided to move to some other doctor and hospital for second opinion as cannot trust them any more. They are total chors... Corrupt and same like our state bihar no manner staff has as how to talk. Very bad experience would never suggest anyone in my life.

As a Echs member visited for my treatment. They do checks up in good way but after that for treatment they deny for operations and start saying that echs will not give enough money for operations and all.I feel very bad as they make the money by all tests and for treatment they deny. So they all want to treatment on extra money not at government rate.

My patient was admitted their, they did not cared properly due to which he died not because of the problem he was admitted but of bedsoares. Very careless doctors and support staffs. Only money making factory. I will never suggest any bofy to visit there, if admitted there no one can save your patient as well as money.

I have brought my parents to the hospital for treatment. Facilities are good. Doctors are experts in their domain. Care and Nursing is also nice. But of late, I find a callous attitude in the staff towards their responsibilities. Proper Supervisory system is not in place and whether the assigned task has been completed according to the protocol, is not checked. Found these deficiencies in Nursing, Diet and physiotherapy sections. Connecting to the hospital administration hierarchy is difficult. The responsibility matrix with the names and numbers should be displayed prominently. That will help people to mitigate their problems easily. Now another hospital “ Matrii “,, has come up. When I asked for the senior officials, was told that everyone is at Matrii. Please be more vigilant and sensitive to your customers and don’t take them for granted. Hope this brings the loopholes to your attention and people are taken care properly henceforth. Thanks & regards

My experience with Dr. Asif Iqbal has been very bad. They do not even give sufficient time to the patient and when asked about the patient's illness, they get irritated and say that they should talk to them from outside. I am not satisfied at all with the service of Dr. Asif Iqbal.

My mother was admitted here for the Laparoscopy with Dr. Monalisa Shekhar Singh. The admission process was quite smooth. Some important points to note - 1. From the start of the operation to the post operation procedures, everything was taken care. Every minute detail was noted and acted upon. 2. The sisters are very friendly here. They take care of the patients a lot. 24 hours service is available. Whenever the patient is in the need of anything ranging from the need of water to any complex medical help, the sisters were just a tap of a button away. 3. Cleanliness is another important criteria which the government hospitals lack heavily. This hospital provides the best facilities along with Cleanliness and best safety measures. Please don't rely on the government hospitals in case of any minor or major operations, they offer pathetic services. The medical equipments are of very high quality here. Don't be fooled by checking reviews on map.they are totally paid reviews. The scenarios are totally different when you come to this hospital. No proper treatment and doctors available here.maximum no of doctors are visitor they are coming on call.pediatric and neurologist are same person.. unbelievable.. definitely you will get looted.think twice before you come bcz there are lots of hospital better than medivers.even for patient attended,there are no much more facilities. No drinking water facilities,no parking facility.

Not a good place to visit, the doctors have no sense of making pregnant patient wait for more than 2 hours outside on the crowd just for an ultrasound. No coordination between different departments to make the patient experience smooth. Useless ground staffs who have no idea what's happening.

Good hospital.. just need to improve the functioning a little bit.. like there should be a separate counter for receiving all kind of test reports.. and yes if you are going to visit for consultation.. take 1-2 hours with yourself.. you will be needed to wait atleast 1 hr... Not their fault as it happens because of no. of patients... And that's a good thing patients have trust on them..

The best hospital in the city Patna. Because doctors are the best. Even supporting staffs are also very good and helpful. But, they need to focus on their radiology department. Last time when I visited for my dad's echo test, report was not correct. Otherwise, they are best in rest of parameters.

If you are going for OPD, then assure you have 2-3 hrs in hand for the doctor consultation. They don’t take appointments on call and asked us to visit and wait for your turn. Rather they could have scan the list of patient in queue and give some approx visiting time. My mother and other old age patients have to wait for long hours for 5 min of consultation. I understand doctors have to take care of other important and urgent stuff, but its the job of the hospital management to streamline the process. I have been to hospitals in other states but sorry to say Mediversal is nowhere near to the standard they follow.

I heard, it is one of the best hospitals in Patna. They have a wide team of doctors. My mother was admitted here due to sugar and she was treated with heart (Vikash Singh) and Neuro (Yogesh kumar) doctor’s team. She was discharged with in week with the statement of absolutely fine by doctors and as per discharge summary. After discharge she died within four day. There will be two possibilities Either doctor doesn’t know anything, due to lack of experience doctor. My mother was died Second, Doctor know patient went through wrong treatment and she will be died soon, so better to discharge, I have doubt on degree and telling lies to attendant. Hence, It is not super specialist hospital. it is a worst hospital as well as doctors

My father who was admitted here due to pneumonia was treated with utmost care and he recovered within a week and the cost of the treatment was reasonable as well. One of the worst hospital in Patna. Dr. Nishikant operated knee replacement surgery of my brother without consent of family members. We were not aware that his heart is not well and not fit for any operation. He collapsed in OT. All mediversal doctors team are responsible for my brother's death.

I think the hospital offers a high level of care - be it the doctors or the support staff. I have an assurance that the procedures for reception of patient, diagnosis and treatment are transparent, economical and of high standards. We might think that hospital in bigger cities have higher standards, but in my experience over several visits, the hospital offers services equivalent to that of any other. Nice hospitality and very arranged all lab assistant, including coordinator Mr. Sanjeet and Monalisha are very good supportive and caring After some time, the experience was deteriorating and no one was found taking care. The canteen facility was also not up to mark, no person taking care even waited 15 minutes for the tea and left without having it and even no water offered with the breakfast which offered for the the blood test after two hours of the breakfast. No facility for the online report and even to wait next day for the full report. Not a good experience which I was expecting.
