One of the best stays I have added. Clean and Tidy. The location is placed close to alot of restaurants. So finding good restaurants is not a tough job. The best part is the host Mr Shenoy, who treats the guests with his friendly nature. He'll take care of all our needs once we are there.

0 rating. Not trust worthy. Most of the positive reviews may be from his friends. He takes the booking initially and not accept any advance (so he can play around). If some other customer book for longer stretch he cancels your booking without informing. Think twice before booking with this immature guy.

As we were planned for a pilgrim trip in Dakshina Karnataka with my family, all are very keen about the staying in Mangalore. Stay all along in a single cottage in a affordable price for 3 days - Rahul Residency provided a good quote. We felt it as our home itself. Spacious rooms, good room services, fine amenities, good hospitality. And importantly affordable price.

Overall, I had a great experience at Rahul Residency staying there for more than 3 weeks. Great location, the rooms were well maintained, well designed, clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful.The house keeping was great too, like changing of bedsheets and towels was done regularly. Managed by Mr. Rk and Son(Rakesh). They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going.They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal I needed. Their service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this Service Apartment for anyone visiting Mangalore.

Stayed in this place for 6 nights and I must say it was a wonderful stay. The owner fondly known as RK is a wonderful host and always checks on his guests to see if they are comfortable. Ideal for families. The apartments are clean and spacious with air conditioners in all bedrooms. This is my second stay at this place and will go back again if the need arises. Priced well and public transport available with just a 2 minute walk to the main road. I recommend this property for families 👍

It's too good to stay in Rahul residency and owner made us to feel like our home. Staffs are too good. Great hospitality. Ambience was very good . All mangalore tourist spots are near by. Owner himself have arranged transport for us. Breakfast was also arranged .

I had stayed in the property for three nights along with my wife and six month old child. We had a great experience with respect to the cleanliness of the room to the interactions with the host. Mr.RK is a gem of a person, who is constantly running around to take care of the guests. I’ve stayed in several Homestays and hotels, but have encountered very few hosts with the kind of energy and passion for the job that Mr. RK had. He went out of his way to help us with all our travel needs . Would highly recommend the place of you want to be around central mangalore.

Really decent place. And liked their hospitality. Service is very good. I took room here for one day and was alone but found place to be very secure for single lady. I would recommend family and bachelor both who is looking for a place located in the heart of the city and clean place. The owner himself pays attention to each host and takes afford to make them comfortable. I would prefer to come here again next time.

Good service apartment..The rooms were clean and hygienic. They served tea and biscuits also on request in the morning. The owner has a hostel also right next building.He is very friendly and helped us for anything we needed. The location is also well placed.

The owner Rahul was a kind and considerate person. We stayed there for a day and night. Room and bathroom were clean. They were a little small, though. Drinking water was available. Hot water and ac were available in the room. Nearby restaurants are not there. But central mall is just 1.5 km away.

A friendly service apartment which is very well situated and has all of the conveniences of a decent hotel but at a better price point. Kindly note place is generally in demand so plan in advance and reach out directly for best offers. As a bonus Mr RK is a pleasant person to chat with too.

Superb value!! This is an awesome place for a short or long stay, service is great, very clean, and also walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and also a bus stop. The bed was comfortable and hot water was available in the room. The apartments felt like home and also felt safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Rahul residency to attend my mother's funeral. The place is super clean and sanitized. Customer service is excellent. Rakesh tended to every single need of mine be it food, transportation or any other pressing need. Being us women only we felt safe which I think was excellent. The wifi was also very good as I worked most nights of my stay. In fact I would look forward to my return that is how good the stay was. The place is close to everything in Mangalore. Nice walks, food,... Which I plan to explore the next time when I visit Rahul Residency under better circumstances. Grateful again to Rakesh for his hospitality. And highly recommend this place.

I have stayed in this place recently and I must say that the hospitality of the staff and owner is beyond compare. The rooms are very clean and the property is well maintained. This is a centrally located property with good connectivity of buses, rickshaws and cabs and all other amenities a typical tourists looks out for.

So far we have stayed in the apartment three times in the last two months and the service is simply superb!. As we liked Room 404 during our first stay, Rakesh makes it a point to allocate that room whenever we stay there. To me that is definitely a personal touch which we cherish.

Great location! We were on Medical visit in Mangalore at KMC Hospital. Googled and found this place perfect match as it was near to KMC and for our family of 8 Adults and 3 kids. We hired a two bedroom Apartment, Room no # 201. We got all the basic amenities required. Both rooms with A/C, two clean toilets, Kitchen with basic utensils. Both bedrooms had wide balconies. Empire mall is at walking distance. Mr Shenoy the owner cum manager was helpful in providing us extra bedding on request. Overall we all had a Good Time!

Centrally located. Ideal for shopping, near to Pabbas..a very famous (a never to be missed place), close to the beach and the most famous kadri temple. I booked a serviced 2 bedroom apartment as we were on a vacation with family. It felt like another cosy home. They have rooms too. Mr. R.K. as he is popularly known, is a very friendly person, a pet lover and a person who goes out of the way to help senior citizens. I have simply loved the place and would surely be visiting this place every time I go to Mangalore. Thank you Mr. RK for the personal attention given to each member of my family. Loved the stay in Rahul Residency and would be back! The owner Rakesh genuinely cares for the customers and he and his team provide any support needed to make the stay comfortable. Specially would recommend the hotel if traveling with children or elders. Located at the prime area of Mangalore, top restaurants such as Janatha Deluxe / Taj Mahal / Pabba's are within 2km as well as KSRTC Mangalore bus stand. If you are driving, it is a short drive to Udupi highway or Kerala highway from the location. We were taking our first vacation after the pandemic, that too with a small child and were apprehensive but all that was sorted out. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Mangalore.

Last week by 3-6 Sept, we had been at RK Rahul Residency. When we rejected at a hotel book priorly, Mr. Shenoy came himself & drove us to his resdency by night 10pm. Excellent room & toilet, very clean, gorgeous ! He arranged every possible amenities we needed. Very humble & warm exchanges.
