Very much unsatisfied with their service. Dr Indrani Lodh behaviour is good but unprofessional service. Done Hysteroscopy but not got any DVD or report. They admitted that by mistake recording was not done. Only they provided one hand written paper which no other doctors accepting, my rs 35,000 got wasted excluding doctor free & other charges. *** Urvaraa according to ur records u have told i have not done any Hysteroscopy, but i have money receipt & hand written report with me & payment transaction details. If there was options i would be happy to upload those. I got ur reference from another good doctor even she too became surprised after seeing all these. Try to accept the truth & don't misguide people. Dr.Indrani Lodh may be good but her team service extremly unprofessional.

Our journey started from July 2010,at the beginning days and we're even not sure about(IVF).Like all common man we went to Vellore about this treatment and return home with bitter experiences. At home(Kolkata) few of relatives/friends suggest one name Dr Bidyanath, about his excellent treatment of work, but as days became years we can't find any conclusion result with 'No'(wife cannot Conceive due to blockage) they prescribed after 3.3years. As negative thoughts were building in our mind,someone refer about 'NOVA FERTILITY' same treatment but different prescribe(Need Donor)Other wish 'NO' Children what they suggest after 2.7years. As our tears were rolling out with bitter thoughts were building ,must say God has different ideas for our treatment.Will driving Ballygunge Pari towards Hazra my wife show me URVARAA FERTILITY as passing by. Next day only we contact them with our case and our suffering for 5 years10 months for babies,but miracle happens after 3 months my wife Conceive.But one thing what Dr Indrani says give the Best for your Baby (Regarding treatment and proper care). As we follow her suggestion last year 16th April 2018 we've a baby'Girl'.(URVASHEE)as my wife said FROM 'URVARAA' she will be named URVASHEE. Believe me about their Treatment, Technical staff and all around their Behaviors which is outstanding and very Friendly. At the end as I said God has different ideas for our treatment were you can find only at URVARAA(Dr INDANI LODH) Centre, personally that's my BELIEF, God bless her and Supporting staff members Thanks Doctor LODH.

Please do not come here..Treatment is very worst..She has no knowledge..her beaviour is so worst when you gave money..all time told you gave the money..patient is not safe..she take me approx 3 lakh ruppes , then clinic behaviour is worst..they suggest you tratment pack 1.8 lakh but before complete the treatment she charged 2.2 lakh..do not come here..

The clinic and everything is fine. But check the expiry dates of the medicine you buy frm the medical outlet in the clinic. Medicine is one month to expiry and also it has turned black in colour instead of red. I was first very impressed and happy with the service until they started messin up this way. Be carful cause the medicines they suggest aren't cheap. Disappointed .
