Tip: The door is stuck so give it a good pull! The chicken burger was great. I had it without cheese and it had a nice crunch and some veggies. No sauces leaking out anywhere. A non-pretentious burger that was the right size and flavor. I also had the sweet potato fries. These were actually like chips (see pic). You get ketchup with it, which is the only option. My GF had the bacon burger, which was richly filled and tasted great but had a bit too much cheese. She had the Yuca fries with it, which are deep-fried pieces of cassava. A nice addition although cassava itself doesn’t have a lot of flavor. The atmosphere was mediocre. It’s a simple place with little decoration, lighting, or other things to set the mood. The music was too loud, but that seems to be a Mexican thing, because it’s been too loud in every single restaurant we’ve been to in the week we’ve been here. The service was great. It’s quick and they’re attentive. This particular lady only spoke Spanish.

9/10 best burgers of Yucatan! We went there for dinner and really loved the burgers. The burger buns were homemade and really soft and tasty. The patties were juicy and in combination with the other ingredients really delicious. You should also try the fries “papas flamante”. The service was also friendly, quick and English speaking. Prices were totally fair for the delivered quality. I recommend the place 100%.

Excellent throw back to 60s-70s decor. Great vibes and very good drive-in food. Prices very fair. We'll be back for more burgers, fries and milk-shakes. Definitely enjoyed.

I've come to Flamante several times since being in Merida (or ordered delivery) & its literally a weekly go-to. Everything is so fresh! The Paradiso salad is everything. Literally my favorite. I've also tried the Honey Bee salad, the sticky fingers (OMG so good), the Basic Instincts burger, the Quinoa and Aguacate burger. Their red fruits flamante soda is a delight. Pro tip: SAVE ROOM for the carrot cake if they have it. I've also wanted to try the brownie, but have yet to. Place is just soo good and most importantly consistent. Staff is always extremely pleasant. Love the ambiance/vibe. Updated 8/14/22 to include their newest desserts -the Blueberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Carmel Bar! Both absolutely amazing!!

First class ingredients with great portions and honest prices. Service is good too. Probably the best vegetarian hamburgers in Merida. Yummy!

Delicious burgers, wonderful service! We took blue monday, aguacato, french fries, yuca. Good size, amazing buns, delicious meats, fresh ingredients. The restaurant is not on the tourist street so they don't have many guests. But if you come to them, you will leave well fed, joyful and in love with their food 🤍

We took the Lucy in the sky and blue Monday. Amazing burgers, ones of the best we’ve had in Mexico! Service is wonderful, they ask how cooked do you want to burger and deli ever it wonderfully, the prices are really good as well! Highly recommended if you come in Merida. Will definitely come back.

We went for dinner and loved it! We ordered the strawberry salad, yucca fries, quinoa burger, and ginger-cinnamon soda. All delicious! Great flavor, presentation, and friendly staff. Side note: the yucca fries came in in a cute little mini fryer which was adorable. Would definitely go back!

I ordered the Guacamole Burger with fries. The food was excellent, the service was great as was the overall atmosphere of the place. For me it had a late 60's early 70's vibe going on. I thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience.

Like many reviews reviewers have stated, these are really very good burgers! And they’re huge. Chips are also good. Definitely worth a visit if you want a change from Mexican food.

Blue cheese burger 🍔 was the best I tried in my whole life))) Lucy in the sky, too, but I am such a blue cheese lover! Servers are so lovely and friendly, and the best food in Merida is in quite nice enjoable atmosphere!

Genuinely a very, very nice burger! Personally loved the guacamole and bacon one - the bun, the meat, the avocado, the chips were all such good quality. Also the homemade soft drinks (limonada, ginger soda..) were delicious. Would definitely recommend :)

Such a wonderful place with a great ambiance. Great art on the walls and amazing service. The burgers are phenomenal especially the Lucy in the sky. We love space invaders and the shakes are to die for. I can’t recommend this place enough if your looking for an amazing burger. We are going to miss Flamante immensely when we go back to the states.

Flamante had the best burger I’ve had in YEARS. The basic instinct was incredible-fluffy, buttery buns paired with the most melt-in-your-mouth meat I’ve ever tasted…If I weren’t leaving Merida tomorrow I’d probably return tomorrow. My group devoured them so quickly that I wasn’t able to snag a picture. But the carrot cake was also delish and nicely decorated. The ambiance and top notch customer service made the experience allll the better after staying in rural Mexico for a few days.

Went today for late lunch. Lucy in the sky burger with fries. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere. Cooked well done as I asked and was still so juicy. Will be back again and again.

Stumbled upon this place when we couldn’t find parking to where we were originally going. Glad we did! There were local artist types, young and older eating dinner so trusted they would know were to eat. Atmosphere was clean and simple, with a fun film playing on the wall. We ordered a chicken salad and burger. (My husband said it rivals Houston’s/ if you know you know.) Everything was fresh and yum. While not my typical order while traveling thru Mexico, I even ordered a milkshake because everyone else had one. Again, yum. While we always want to experience local cuisine this place was a pleasant surprise and didn't disappoint.
