Great hotel and excellent services. We stayed for 2 nights with our dog and had a pleasant time. Hotel personnel is very friendly and willing to keep your stay at top level. Restaurant is very good too. Thanks to Elbert, Gerson and Enrique- keep it up guys.

What a wonderful time we had at Wayam Mundo. Many meals and drinks at the restaurant, lovely walks about town from the front door and glorious soaks in the pool or our balcony tub. Beautiful property. We stayed with our 2 daughters (2 and 6) and staff was so accommodating to get our room just right with plenty of space for a bed and a crib. Ernest was such a great goodbye from the property, coming to our room to help us get our bags down and looking after every detail he could. We loved our visit. Book this place!

This hotel is a gem, i was told about it by a local friend and it’s been the best recommendation here. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are so nice and there is so much space. The food and drinks at the bar were incredible and the staff are so helpful and kind. Specifically, Yoselin and Amed who helped me check in with my dog and made sure both of us were accommodated throughout our stay.

A very lovely hotel. Good service - there was a dog kept barking in the neighborhood by our room, we called the front desk asked for a different room, but there was no better rooms available. Then they sent someone talked to the neighbor (or the neighbor’s dog). We never heard any noise after that. The restaurant is very pretty. However, I don’t like the coffee there. Breakfast was alright.

I stayed here 2 nights over Mother's Day for a staycation. Check in was an easy process, the food was delicious (very limited menu), the drinks were good (small portions), and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel! It would especially be nice for couples. There are also a lot of opportunities for beautiful pictures. Note: Don't add the breakfast "promotion" when booking your room. You only get to choose from a limited menu and it's cheaper or equal to purchase the items without the promotion.

Wonderful hotel, rooms, staff and food. The only thing odd was that the hostess during breakfast refused to seat me on the lovely patio and directed me to a small inside table. Why? There were 7 tables on the patio available! Was it because I had breakfast alone. My looks? My race or sexual orientation? My medical condition? All the staff was so helpful that I can’t understand the reason behind this kind of early morning aggravation. I will go back, making sure that I’m not alone, because the Huevos Rancheros are to die for.

The staff here were excellent. Very helpful, kind, enthusiastic and professional. We cannot thank them enough for their care and consideration throughout our stay at this marvellous hotel. We'd a few issues during our stay - nothing to do with the hotel - and the staff were simply marvellous and very understanding with their support. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious with an excellent daily cleaning service. The room extras were very well thought out and extensive. The restaurant and food were very good and was even recommended to us by friends who stayed at other hotels. A lovely pool and gym were also available. We would strongly recommend the Wayam Mundo Imperial for a quality stay at a very competitive price in the beautiful city of Merida. We'll worth a visit.

Hotel itself is nice, rooms are spatious, and the big balconies compared to other hotels also nice. However, service at the reception was short of a joke, zero feeling of welcome, the restaurant and people helping out was mixed some good some bad. In general, due to the terrible overall service I would not recommend, really disappointing as were lookinf forward to a relaxing visit to Merida staying at this hotel. There is the Mariott and Hyatt close by that have much better service.

This hotel was excellent. Service and environment were awesome and the restaurant is really, really good. All the environment there is cozy and comfortable.

Great people as all or most people are in Merida. Rooms are clean. Do not get the rooms at the far end..there's some sewage issues and a light stinch! Food or espressos leave a bit to be desired..

Beautifully crafted architecture with modern, artistic feel. It’s like walking through an MC Escher drawing. Rooftop has a bar and seating to chill, gather, or swim (or all 3). Rainshower with strong water pressure and nice hot water in the bathroom. Clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the inside courtyard. It’s in an area with a lot of hotels and bus station nearby. The Paseo is a few blocks down. But it’s about a 30 minute walk or cheap Uber ride to the Centro area so it sometimes feels a little far removed from some of the major sites and the buzz of the city center. It’s a little better if you want to get away from the riff raff and into a quieter non-touristy zone. Also the restaurant onsite is wonderful. A lot of locals visit for birthday celebrations and upscale brunch.

Hotel located in a business district and away from the main tourist areas, but Uber is cheap and easy to use in Merida. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated e.g. sofas a bit dirty and the beds were small. The restaurant is very busy for breakfast so we couldn’t get a table, you need to book beforehand.

Great location and top notch service. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the hotel decoration is a subtle modern one with mayan inspiration. We loved our atay. A special thanks to Gersom, Elbert and Enrique for their kindness and attention.

We stayed here in December, getting ready for our son's wedding. It's a beautiful hotel with an indoor tropical rainforest kind of feel ,with trees, lush vegetation, gardens and a fountain. It truely feels like an indoor tropical oasis! The rooms are very comfortable, spacious,clean and modern. The breakfasts and dinners are excellent! There is a great selection of food to choose on the menu and everything is made fresh to perfection. The rooftop pool and bar were our favourite areas to relax. There are also numerous lounge areas on all floor levels, for some quiet time or reading a book. The friendly and helpful staff were always available to answer any questions we had.They truely cared and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much Wayham Mundo Imperial. We hope to see you again in the future.

Excellent place! The rooms are nice and cozy and full of amenities (they have the solution to any problem you might present). The pool/bar area is pretty cool, drinks are good. Makes you feel like you are at the beach even though it’s 30 min away! Worth every penny.

Very nice place to be, super clean all personnel is very kind, location is great, you can move around the city or take highways, breakfast is very delicious.

The hotel is great! Clean, with amazing design, the pool is wonderful, the food in the restaurant - extremely tasty! If it weren't for the staff, I would be definitely coming back again. Really poor management. We also asked politely for an invoice, which they said they would send us within 3 days after our Check-out, we wrote emails....but we never received the necessary document. We traveled around Mexico for 2 weeks and everywhere else the people were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Here they obviously rely only on their good hotel base.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a very nice part of town! Beautiful designed rooms with plenty of space. The staff was very kind and responsive, special mention to the housekeeper & Gerson at the Valet service whose smiles and positive attitude brightened our stay. The pool is a bit small but most days was very quiet like a private space. The food at the restaurant was out of this world!! Will definitely stay there again and cannot recommend enough :) :)
